That information about a speed oriented First made me thought about the formula for kinetic energy. Theorically, does a speed and grit First could decide to simply forget about strenght and just tackle every foes into oblivions? If so It would be really fun (and hilarious) to try that kind of build one time

0,5X 204,117kgX 44,704*44,704= 203,959 kj (I just wanted to do math okay)
First just have to put to put his/her forearm in front for the impact zone and hit you with it at the time of impact to add speed and you dont want First to have a bad day

Zero to awesome in the blink of an eye. If you want the raw technical specification, that is. 
Well, you know roughly how dense First it. Calculate weight based on that (given variation for height from selection). Then you have First’s strength and how fast that ball can be thrown, so that gives an estimate of capacity of acceleration. With these two factors a satisfactory approximation should be quite possible to achieve. 
I am a fan of control too, because I want my Mara Fi being a charismatic poisoner assassin so I need control above agility. Is not cool breaking the poison wine before serve it, lol. Also Romance you know i don’t want launch my romantic partner through the roof becoming in the first nude astronaut in reaching the ozone sphere. Control or become a nun… or a one hit wonder in the bed lol

another interesting thing is since we can calculate the speed of first fist when they throw an object, someone with better physic knowledge (im pretty bad/average) could calculate the speed of a First punch. That punch speed could be added to First tackle if First have the timing to throw the punch as they charge (not sure if im clear…). It would help to calculate how deadly being charged by First really his…

Never pay too much attention to my ravings, I am utterly deranged and half the time I ramble, the rest of the time I merely blab incoherently.

I have a control and an Agility character.
Control has made a great first impression by throwing the covers over her face.
Agility walks around butt naked and mentally scars the poor girl and will likely attempt to high five her at some point, only to accidentally bitch slap her through the door.
Agility First isn’t very modest.

I’m just glad my realistic approach to super human physicality is being taken so well.
Normally I always ask myself how these strong characters are so good at restraining themselves. And figuring out how to do that in the FIRST place is an adventure in and of itself.
Oooo maybe First could buy loved ones a personal hug shield. Good up to ten hugs! First should be a strong proponent of wear protection lol
Oh I may have forgotten to mention eventually First will be able to get personal gadgets… provided a good ‘sponsor’ or employer(which will provide costume/uniform/training/gadgets ect…).
Yes First will be getting a job. Insurance will be a bitch for someone with that kinda power not too mention feeding and clothing.
