Just replace cell density with muscle and bone density, and say that respiration is vastly more efficient without delving too deeply into the respiratory details. Of course because of all that First would have an insane appetite, but that part is already written in.

Perhaps just greater mass in general. Harder more resilient materials. Like denser bone and muscle mass. Or simply due to the power set gravity has a greater pull due to it being the most consistent source of energy for First’s cells to absorb.

Talking about first messing up, I was rereading the WIP when it struck me how ridiculusly dangerous it is for people like Cormel or Empathy to try spending time with First. He/She accidentally tore the treadmill in half at less than 10 years old.I should give my MC some control, First is just a second of inattention away from ripping Empathy arms off!! :worried:

Imagine First and Empathy playing Frisbee.

Empathy would dive out of the way of First’s Frisbee throw, which cuts down an entire forest behind her.

First is pretty mighty so a TOUCH of control might be useful for when dealing with people.

The Frisbee might melt of spin to pieces due to air friction.

Yeah, might have to spend some point in control… or start thinking about courting Vailh :slightly_smiling:
Also does First stats would really affect interaction in that way? For example: Does having a bit of control will help first not accidentally break things and/or peoples or just/primarely affect wich decision is the best to take for a given situation? That would be very interesting but some work to put in for sure!
