I keep reading that guys name as Nokia lol. Does that mean he’s indestructible?

First, looking to Moleculo all dressed up in a sweet suit:

Poor Nyoka, lol, reduced to a mobile phone.

And oh hey, can’t help but notice that’s Singapore news  (and the horrible English in that pic)

Empathy at everything everybody does at the ballroom

More like this. Too bad the only one to get the full effect would be Empathy. Not being able to talk sucks.

Here is a fair comparison, being a Nokia might not be that bad.

I haven’t been able to read very far into the game yet since the last few updates, but the nudity thing struck me as weird too, especially since it is played for laughs. When it isn’t being used to titillate, nudity usually serves a different purpose than that.

It would take some work, but maybe this is the sort of thing the player should have some choice about. Some players might have no problem with a nudity quirk, but First’s nudity quirk seems out of character to me, considering his background. I took some notes about this during one (aborted) playthrough of the facility bit. These were written quickly, and off the top of my head.

She hadn’t left you alone with Dr. Francis since she caught him downloading something onto his notebook.

 • If this is what it sounds like, Francis is on thin ice. If personal attachments to a test subject are discouraged because of how they might influence the researcher’s judgment, imagine how hard the boss would come down on someone showing even a hint of sexual interest.
 • This part of the game establishes that First’s initial experiences with sexuality are from interactions with Dr. Francis. In a conventional work of fiction, this would set the stage for an overall portrayal of sexuality as inherently (or at least frequently) exploitative. Sexual interest will be expressed in situations where one person has power over another (e.g. from armed facility guards, from Silic, from someone watching you sleep, etc), often with predatory overtones.

Why did everyone insist that you should be embarassed?

Someone as well-read as First should probably have as complete an understanding of clothing and its significance as anyone else—possibly a better understanding.

In fact, I would find it much more entertaining to play a character who is obsessed with clothing—someone who reads wonderful stories of people in uniforms, courtly regalia, rags and space suits, each outfit serving a purpose, each conveying subtle cues of character and social standing. First has to be bored with the drab, functional clothing of this tiny, sterile lab. It’s hard to imagine fresh air or the taste of ice cream if you have never experienced it. But First can picture the clothes. What more vivid way can First have of imagining the enormity of the outside word than savoring the pageantry of its costumes?

You know what? I’ll bet First knows how to knit. I’ll bet First knows all there is to know about knitting. Give First a pair of needles and a skein of yarn, and magic will happen. (Well, maybe they won’t let First have needles, and the fine motor skills might be an issue. Maybe Cormell can get First a sewing machine…)

Can first get a pet, if so my first will grab a meerkat from a zoo and take it home!

Not entirely played for laughs tried a little mix of naivete.
True on the point of imagining clothes and all the wonderful versions and combinations and uniforms. First would indeed love to explore the many outfits and combinations, given opportunity. As per Francis… well the CEO E.Kravic would certainly not let that go lightly, he was certainly on thin ice of that I can garauntee. Although First hadn’t much time beyond that last ‘year’ to notice the looks and the differences in the examines which were barely more than lingering touches. So ‘exploitative’ is a bit of an overshot.

Consider First’s life like a bird in a cage. Their room full of books a bed a bathroom a closet and a mirror. So wouldn’t one think that First has become very familiar with every aspect of themselves. Alot of time spent infront of the mirror just playing around, First has alot of time on their hands between tests. So making use of everything in reach wouldn’t be far fetched, even ‘modifying’ their clothes, or simply being annoyed with the same things day in and day out. So there is a validity to either side. But I don’t see First being easily embarrassed.

Sure they’d know the textbook definitions of just about everything they’ve read, clothes the implied importance and everything else in-between, but experience is another story. That being said, its easy enough to add an option for an apology.
I’m going to ask the question that everyone want to know: is she a RO?

Yes, if you can beat her in a fight

I’ve been wondering, if you don’t mind my asking: where does Nyoka stand as an RO?

I’m going to bet he is in.

Yeah, it would seem like it. Figured I’d ask just in case though-you never know! ^^
Snoe could be leading us on to think he’s an RO, but then suddenly-BAM! He’s dead…or…something.

I’m also curious (if does happen to be one) to know what and who he would be interested in.

How cruel would that be…

I haven’t decided on killing anyone off just yet so no worries there. Nyoka will be a though nut to crack self image problems

Those two words terrify me. Spare Empathy at all costs

…for now.
