My one main gripe with Fool!

It’s that by the end your stats for “thy relations” don’t matter at all. I liked the story and I really like the beginning where you can decide to leave whilst one bad terms with them and just leave without telling your family. But your family never comes up again and the MC doesn’t even think about them. I think it would have been better if your family was more important in the story later maybe finally being able to reconcile with them after all those years because the MC had been gone for nearly 7 years (and maybe have the decisionto push them away). And how the family would react now that the MC actually made a name for themselves and is successful. It’s a bit of a nitpick but one that made the ending a little disappointing for me.

Also if the author has written anything can someone recommend.
Im bad with internet so if someone knows the authors social media accounts I’d be thankful since I’d like to follow thier works.

I don’t think he has a large social media presence, but the author is Ben Rovik - he also wrote the Mechanized Wizardry book series.
