Flower Fairy Godmother Game Help

You do have magic! You can use magic! You can make people sleep for a hundred years! You can turn rags into fabulous ball gowns! You can make things float! You’re also immune to the various magical effects that might be going around during the ball, but are able to sense them. Your magic’s mostly situation appropriate.

As for cursing anyone, you’re not really there to dish out curses. I think there’s the opportunity to silence people though. You’re more likely to just threaten people with curses.

Cerulean Quickstorm is not a fire-breathing dragon. He has a number of other abilities, shapeshifting being the very obvious one. He’s a relatively young dragon, which still makes him older than almost everyone in the game. He is gatecrashing the party, and in disguise.

He’s actually held bound by a contract that prevents him from hurting people, and in exchange he gets given sheep. He is not at all pleased with the contract, thinks he was tricked into it, and has been looking for ways to wriggle out of it.

Mostly because he’s soooooooooo bored. Eating sheep all of the time is boring, their fleece gets stuck in his teeth.

Anyway no one knew Dragon was going to show up to the party, and it’s a masquerade ball so he’s wearing the perfect disguise to conceal his identity. He was hoping there’d be lots of delicious food there to eat, unfortunately the Birthday Prince is a vegetarian. Dragon is not a huge fan of eating his greens, if he wanted to eat plants he’d gnaw on a tree or something.

Maybe…

I don’t blame the Dragon. I enjoy a good rack of lamb as much as anyone, but I’d definitely get tired of it fast if that was all I was allowed to eat…no matter how many different ways it was prepared.

They should at least give him some variety…a stag or steer every so often, as a sign of respect and understanding, maybe. Is that really so much to ask?

You would think so, wouldn’t you?

He’s not allowed to eat livestock, or anything belonging to people. Unfortunately, all the game in the kingdom comes under that category, since it belongs to the Crown, which is something he wasn’t aware of when he agreed to the bargain.

So his diet is extremely restricted. He’s allowed to eat vermin and carrion, but yeuch! And fish but the Kingdom’s not coastal, and he’s not a very good swimmer anyway. Of course he can just leave the Kingdom and get his food elsewhere, however it’s his home, and dragons tend to be rather territorial.

He’s very much not a happy dragon. Fortunately there’s a Godmother around who can now possibly help him.

Oh! It’s my Fairy Game! I’ve not forgotten about it. I have got sidetracked by two of the characters and exploring their story beyond the game. Tsk! Bad me! I do that! I like characters too much and wander about what happens afterwards, in the best of endings.

It’s silly because I do have the character creation about halfway done. No stats or anything yet, but a selection of things to pick from.

For hair I was trying to encompass a whole lot of elaborate styles and try to capture the essence of your hair without going into incredible detail. So at the moment it’s looking like

*choice
    #Tidy
    #Messy
    #Ornate
    #Spiky
    #Bald
    #Puff Cloud
#In a bun, exactly like the Godmother.

There’s no real pick on length because I didn’t think the length of your hair mattered so much as how you choose to style it.

And colour’s a separate choice, although it’ll be expected to match your flower colour scheme.

Could, Feather … A pc find a loop hole in the contract that allows Dragon eat other stuff. I feel pity for Dragon. Maybe I don’t know let him eat birds that migrate because they didn’t born in the realm.

@Poison_Mara Yes! Deciding to side with the dragon and help him is certainly a possibility.

He’s a big dragon though. (Okay he’s a small dragon, but he’s still the biggest creature in the Kingdom.) Birds are full of feathers and barely more than a mouthful.

Awww…poor poor Dragon :hugging:, if anybody deserves a happy ending it would be him. Do fairies eat meat? I mean of course they do, in some stories they literally eat babies, but sadly it’s probably one more thing we’d be disallowed by our killjoy of a godfather, even if there was meat on the buffet. :unamused:

Still tallness is more important to fight our killjoy on than consuming meat or fancy leather boots.

Yes, again, poor, poor Dragon.

He could become a vegetarian dragon!

Depends on the type of fairy. The protagonist hasn’t eaten human food before though. It’ll likely be up to the player your ethics on the eating of meat, and the ethics of eating plants. Some plants do eat meat after all, and nutrients are good in the soil.

There’s no meat at the ball though, something that the Dragon will be greatly upset about. He’ll be moping around going “where’s all the meat.” He knows what parties are meant to be like, and meat free isn’t it.

So, is “Venus” going to be one of the names we can choose, then? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I want Poison Ivy as name is a plant after all.

Nah, going for

as the carnivorous option. With the name of STINKBLOSSOM! The Godfather does not approve though.

I’d probably choose Sundew over Venus Flytrap anyway.

@poison_mara

Alas no Poison Ivy either. There’s Deadly Nightshade though.
