Well, being able to play as a female is pretty standard
First off I love your game I was almost immediately hooked when I started reading it and when I got to the end I was left craving more, so very well done indeed.
Found one error in the reading that I thought I would mention in case it hasn’t already been.
“Have no fear, {title}, this suit won’t hinder movement. Rather the opposite in fact.” Dr. Mortum looks so pleased with himself that you are inclined to believe him.

This is awesome. You get the cool armor, manipulate your friends, and you get a cool cape. I’m really interested in what happened to the MC after that inferno incident.

he was a bit burned.
At first i was a bit disappointed by the fact that you are ‘‘just’’ a telepath and can’t do much with your own body, but the idea quickly grew on me and i really started to love the game! (and the amor squashed that thought in the end)
I have always loved stories where you are the villain, there is too few of those in my opinion so that’s just another plus!
And the conflicts the character has about it is also very well done!
And the scene at the coffee place with your old friend was really amazing, i really felt what was described, it was very well written, the way you get emotionally affected by the writing.
And in the end i just hungered for more, i think this is a great story and i hope you will finish this great piece!
The only problem i had with it was at one point where i got a bit confused, i think it was a dream sequence with the Psychopathor, but i figured it out shortly after so it really isn’t a problem per se, but i just thought you should know

Love the idea of playing the villain. Can’t wait for rest.
Just gonna toss out an idea. Will there be a secondary weapon system available for the armour.
I just wanted to recommend an awesome idea. (If you haven’t thought of it already)
Can you make it possible to corrupt Ortega into becoming a villain with you?
Or if she refuses to join you and attempts to rat you out to the rangers then maybe the MC can cement his/her fall to the dark side by killing the only person who ever cared/loved them.
I know it’s dark but that’s the path of a villain.
