Can you manipulate or discharge the electricity (lightning from finger tip). Better question is if you can control other people’s bodies (not their minds) by manipulating the electronic signals from their brains to their nerves and muscles.
Yes it’s going to be a slow process at first you have minor abilities but you develop stronger ones.
Sounds like an intriguing idea but personally I think being only able to see in electric current that has different colours based on the person’s aura would have a more unique read to it
