Easy ways to do flowcharts on a computer?

I use Twine and the Open Office equivalent of Excel when mapping out my games (I assume that’s why you ask, lol).

How do you keep track of your choices & branches?

Ackkkk! I have been writing this scene off and on for months and it is driving me crazy!!! How do you map out your branches and choices? Do you use a software tool? Post it notes on the wall? I have way too many branches in this scene to diagram it on paper… …which probably means I’m making this way more complicated than it needs to be. Help!
