Thats more a potential fight closest thing to a battle we see in game is the attack at the gathering of everyone. That im aware of at this time.

You get to fight Master Aldrin and some beastly form as well. Don’t know whether that has been removed. Also the vampire comes to help out in the town square during the attack. Has been removed as well

The potential fight with aldrin is still there to my knowledge we can still encounter the vampire but thats through specific choices if i recall correctly.

I think for the new scenes with becoming an adventurer, it checks for the trade with a name “healer”, when the trade name was “herbalist”, most of the old checks are for herbalist though so it still works for these old checks.

This is the first time I can tell the vast majority of the choices has some form of impact. I also really like the fact that personality influences the inner dialogues. Big kudos to you sir, I’m loving your work and will be (im)patiently waiting for more from you.

Two issues I’ve been having.

If you’ve met Christian/Christiana in the Evernorth Plaza and later joined the Evernorth Castle Tour to use a steel weapon, there should be a scene where the Captain reacts to your spar with Duchess’ Knight Lance. This reaction changes depending on weapon choice and fighting style. But this scene doesn’t always show up and can end up lost for some of the readers.

Similar issue. If you meet and talk to Caesar while touring the city there should be a scene that provides background for him and Lady Nyx, the scene changes depending on how your interaction with Caesar went. But like before this doesn’t always show up.

The primary goal of the book is variability, emphasizing character choice/development and IMPACT, how the choices affect the characters and the world around you. Thanks to changes suggested by readers and errors found by code divers I think we’ve done a great job at this. So we’re hitting our goal.
Side note, we’re moving up the leaderboards on CoGDemos. Yes I know it’s not a competition, but I’m naturally competitive lol, we’re in the top 50. 48th most views

For 2, it is as @ACatOfGlory said, the block is labeled as own1goal_kin…which only triggers if your goal is kin of course.
for 1, it’s just a capitalization issue, when checking for weapons, it checks for “mace” instead of what’s actually labeled, which is “Mace”.

Yea Eve is the wife. The fact that kills her own kind for mc is wow. Idk about the platonic rout nd wont find out bc shes best girl but the amount of loyalty and affection for mc to go against generations of teaching ppl to hate, fear, and fight dragons to literally fall inlove, kill humans and risk her life to make sure they dont find mc b4 her. How tall are the ROs? And i lowkey got annoyed that our mana/energy was the generic blue but then i remembered mc is blending in. It be cool if we had the option to choose true core color which would change the elementals color.

I think he’s some kind of ancient dragon. I know for a fact he’s special In some way since he can talk and isn’t a blood thirsty animal. From the information I got so far it seems like the MC is maybe a descendant of an ancient dragon or maybe he’s the last ancient around. Who’s to say a pocket of ancient dragons aren’t hiding out considering how intelligent ancient dragons are in lore. Im most likely wrong though. This is just my theory on MC.
