Well done. Noticed a couple of typos:
Properly dress you made your way back to Amalia’s room to make sure that she wouldn’t get lost in the palace, you know if she didn’t turn up at dinner that you’d have a long lecture about responsibility and duty to endure and that certainly was not the way you wanted to pass your evening.
The first should be “dressed”. The second is part of a more systematic problem, where you use both present and past tense interchangeably (don’t worry, I’ve done that too).
It also feels a bit weird to have my clothing referred to as “tunic and breeches” the entire time, as though it were a single item.
(Also, already bored of this girl. Need a boy to keep me interested. ;P)

Just one question. Yes, my MC male name is Jacob, so it is my real name too. Then I change my sex and female name. There is a character’s name. The name is Jacob. Did you make a mistake or choose the name?

There shouldn’t be a default name at all, you should have an input for a name at birth, then if you are not cis male or cis female there should be another input for a name later that allows you to change your name, which would then replace your name in the dialogue and stat screen.
Are you maybe talking about your browser suggesting the name?

MC is a creepy child…
Hm…I feel bad for younger brother (it took so long until MC finally menorized his name) the way it seems now he has the short stick in the family. (Wishes to play the caring older sibling, but by now I feel like a shitty one, because I know more about that foreign princess as I do about my own brother)
Do MC’s parents have names too?
She said with a bow. You curtsy in return, and upon rising turn your gaze to the Princess’ face her eyes meeting yours.
…hm is MC not allowed to bow?
MC also feels quite…outgoing? At least in the way they answered Amalia’s question about hobbies and I’m not sure if that is how everybody would imagine their MC to react (or that the named reason’s are really what people would imagine from their MC), maybe being less descriptive in situations like this at least when it comes to MC’s reaction might be better? Expect you want MC’s personality to be rather set, I guess. It sometimes feels that way.
And I’m also somewhat confused by MC’s age…they don’t really feel that much like a six/seven year old. Or are they already much older around that time? …maybe it’s just because MC really is a creepy child…
@Thunder-Man as far as I see the brother is always named Jacob. In case of your character maybe the parents were sad that you didn’t want the name anymore? You can at least headcanon it that way.

You know, I don’t even remember seeing this when you first posted it. Maybe I missed it, or maybe I’d bypassed it since I don’t like medieval stories that much. But now you’ve updated and I saw that it was yours and I thought, “Oh, it’s Lizzy’s. Let’s take a look.” It’s too short and basic to have an opinion on the story itself but I like how it’s written and I certainly like the plot you’ve described. And I made some catch up with all the posts here to learn some more about the project and let me tell you, I’m digging it. It was fun reading the posts, by the way. There were some very random stuff going on though. From someone talking about being an apache attack helicopter to someone wanting to romance…Skeletor? A yandere? Man, that scalated quickly.
Oh, I found your post about the ROs too. Are they still on the picture? There were some interesting characters there. Also, is the gender of the sibling gender-locked? 'Cause if it’s a boy, I kinda…meh. I have two sisters so I just can’t picture myself with a brother. What else…Oh, yes, my ever-present question: can we be evil? You’ve said we could, but to what extent, I wonder…
Anyway, I’ll be keeping an eye on this!

As far as your brother you’re right, I’m actually working on interactions with him right now, among other things. You will have options on how you want to deal with him (I personally favor being the caring older sibling)

I’ll add an option to choose your own greeting method
Ah yes, I was way too tired to put that together that @Thunder-Man named himself the same name I had set for the brother…whoops, I’ll have to put something in to keep him from getting named after the MC

The RO’s are coming yes, it’s part of what I’m working on now 
I never had a brother either, just a younger sister and to be honest the main reason why the sibling ended up being a boy was because traditionally in my writing there are barely ever any males and I’m trying not to fall into that same problem If people really wanted the sibling to be selectable option it’s not like it would really destroy my world or anything.
Yes, you can be evil, if you see points where you think of a really good “evil” option I’ve neglected then please let me know…I can’t even get through ME as renegade without feeling terribly guilty
