Not all the cultivators who uses Demonic Qi is fr the demonic cult. They can be simply be referred to as the Demonic Cultivator.
Nether Heaven is a sect that is different from the Demonic Cult.
The Demonic Cult existed for a long time in the current world and where as the Nether Heaven is somewhat new and so far they haven’t made their existence public.
