Actually I was still not used of writing 20K Words a week and because of that many time I had to rush to complete the weekly goal + I was also suffering from severe headaches at that time, but as my headache got treated and I get used of consistency, it improved.

Seeing that Wang Lei’s family was happy I kept him alive (but crippled) made me want to go all the way back and kill him 
I held myself back so I could see where this would lead in the future

They begrudgingly accepted the fact hes alive despite his life is over now and hes useless to them. The fact the thing was covered up made me glad I permanently handicapped that fool. More worried about their image than the two that died thanks to him. He gets to watch the Li family get stronger, the very bloodline he mocked and made the their lifes miserable while he is struck where he is forever. A fate worse than death for someone like him.

The first weekly update for patreon of Setpember 2026 and the last update of rewrite is here. This week a total number have 21K words have been added to the game, making the current length of the rewritten version 920K words long.

. The waiting is really unbearable
. U already said it though , it’s just a plea… Make it a sequel, maybe 3 series. I really can’t wait to play the full game

If you ask me then you shouldn’t think much about it. If you have any idea about what you want to write then you should begin working on it the moment you have any free time. Because even if not all the genres are meant for everyone, with how many people are there in the internet, I’m sure you will find people who truly enjoy your story like I did. So as I said before, don’t think much and just go for it.

Twice? I think you’ve mistaken september’s first week’s update as first week’s first update and the reason why the update before this one was called last update was because it was the last update of august.
As I mentioned before, Dao Ascension will be only one book but if you want then you can treat different realm’s arc as different series, it depends on you how you want to see it.

Is it best to tell xu Yan the truth regarding her father or keep it a secret?
It’s ur call, we can’t even know for certain(for now) since the game is still in development
I like to imagine my MC’s thought process is that when faced with any given problem, killing the right people will solve it. If telling Xu Yan the truth causes problems with her family, just kill her family, problem solved.

Probably, but if the cost of making her happy is potentially making her miserable, that’s a risk I’m willing to take. Totally not an excuse to just kill people…
