Not at all, demons exist in almost all mythologies while angels only exist in a handful, every nation have their own version of demons but not angels, the opposition to demons mostly include local heroes, mythical species, humans, cultivators(in this case),their own version of gods, etc.

Some stories don’t need them since the other races usually find ways to counter them. People are not really weak in this story so not needed. Anyone can beat anything unless it’s the MC

Currently while growing up the mc no longer had any reason to hide mc’s race, so it will only later when mc will learn about the advantage and disadvantage of their race, they can choose to hide or reveal it.
As the others have stated, there are not exactly angels in the Xianxia. But there are heavenly beings (immortal cultivators) who watch over the different world making sure that demon race don’t bully others.

On the scene of banquet the mc is still young and currently not aware of how the other races fear demons. So it may look weird to add this choice in that scene, though I can do it later when mc gets a little older and experience the world.
Now about training mc’s sister, I think you have mistaken Xu Yan for Ruolan. Both are different and it’s only Ruolan who is mc’s adopted sister. And again these kind of choices may look weird for now.

Will the Dragon race get special options with the adopted family since they are also Dragons? Or maybe even additional dialogue that the Imperial Family suspects MC to be an illegitimate child of the mom?

Yes, there will be some special interaction since as dragon you will be able to understand each other more deeply than before.
If I were to add a dialogue like this then it will be most likely get use during an heated argument between Ji Zang and others.
