Once again the rewrite strikes! The increase time with Ji Zhang, Ruolan’s abscense is felt so much more than before!

I really enjoy how our MC is just a kid, one with absurd powers which leads to temperamental moments which can possibly end with someone dead, but still a kid! One that is very bored without their big sister around to play with them hehe

Glad Aunt is more involved more instead just there even if was filler while starting to get bored out of minds. I prefer this instead it just saying Aunt can’t teach anything and playing more of parental role of freakishly powerful child who wants his sis back in this version. I imagine even powerful beings like us suffer from headaches from getting too much information at once. Not enough to give away our origins but enough to make the MC question where it came from.

Rewrite has indeed breathed in a spark of life in this game. MC feels like a living being with emotions instead of a robotic God now. Ji’s involvement in childhood as a parental figure being shown is a great addition and something that was sorely needed.

Our sisters return was done perfect aligned with how she would react in that situation. Glad we got a chance to get her to show her skills in a way where she doesn’t have to worry about hurting anyone instead of just you here now are we leaving in the old. The different perspectives of the characters actually make the game more enjoyable even the idiot who thought it would be a good idea to attack cos he didn’t want to wait. Glad we can still punish him and address it like a person instead of a robot. This rewrite keeps getting better

Lots of pronoun issues in the new update, being referred to as he, or brother. We are young, so I do not know if you plan on doing anything with gender but with the errors and story so far it makes it feel like the game assumes or treats you as male regardless, making it feel like gender/sex is a simple text change than an actual choice or difference. In general, my advice when I encounter a story that has this issue (which happens semi often) is to treat a fMC as you would any other female character. If women are treated a certain way in the story, fMC or fRo’s should be treated the same. Excluding characters from it due to their status as a RO or MC only takes the player out of the story or makes it feel less, real. I have not found issues with this so far, but figured I would mention it due to the pronoun issues and such going forward

There are some gender exclusive events and scenes, if you have read the old version then you would know about it. And in the future when mc grows up, I will focus more into this but in the most of the events the mc is treated in a more gender natural way.

In the Xianxia universe 90% times all the genders are treated equally, you may find the little difference you are talking about here and there, but all overall it’s the same.

I did both to see what would happen. His pride caused this whole thing while risking his relationship with the family. He knows better than to directly attack again in any case. Glad the evil option is still there if we want it for a neutral or evil MC.

It feels much less evil in the rewrite to ensure he stays loyal considering he directly goes against what he was told and attempts to kill a kid knowing it’d ruin (at least, seriously harm) his relationship with the kid’s family due to… jealousy?? Prejudice?

I don’t really trust his judgement unsupervised lol
