Could I use public domain assets in my cover art?

I found a beautiful image of Germanic warrior for Germanic Days that I wish to use. Will hosted games allow me to post as my cover art?

  1. Yes, assuming it is public domain and not under any copyright, it should be perfectly fine.

  2. I recommend waiting on art until after you submit your game (for at least your first game), so that I can give you our full requirements PDF.
