Nah I just told HornHeadFan that your artwork is really good in case he needs more artists for the graphic novel.
I have a question, I was remembering my playthroughs and I wondered about why you made the father of the MC a C list villain/antihero instead of some super big bad villain your classmates/teachers would be really shocked to find out was your dad, Ty in advance…I mean I hve theories but I figured I’d ask.

Mostly I’m trying to juxtapose the MC and his/her friends at Speck (very low level) against the heavy hitters like Prestige, Savior and the Dozen. I mean, it’s natural to pull for the underdog right? With that backdrop, I decided to keep the MC’s dad a low-level, meat and potatoes type of villain.
That’s just a very very general explanation though. There will be twists and turns as you suspect so not all may be as it appears.
I have a feeling that you’re dad actually was the MC from Zachary’s game =P

I love your game! First I was really not keen on a idea of playing a person without any talent in hero school but it developed well.
Of course Crook and the last scene with him keeps me on edge and I can’t wait when you launch full game

@mika_ce, I’m glad you’re enjoying the story! Trust me, before I started I thought all about different powers the MC could start with, but I kept thinking “I want to make this different than Heroes Rise” and I also thought that if the MC started at the very bottom, there might be a lot of room over a 3-part series for the MC to grow and become a legitimate hero by the end. If you start with awesome powers, there seems to be less room to grow.
And is Crook your favorite?
@HornHeadFan, now that you’ve now started with the closed beta, is there any small, very, very small possibility that you might update the open beta?
Sorry if the answer’s already a bit obvious, but I’m kinda remembering the days when I didn’t have an account, and was able to play the full beta of Sabres of Infinity, I even got knighted and held the bloody line (nobody gets another inch closer into this castle), and of course, the line was forever added into my ‘favorite curses’ list- “St. Olivia’s bouncing tits!”
Sadly, I never got to play it again, due to the fact that I’m fourteen, using my mom’s account on the iPhone and have essentially no online money (don’t even know how to get any).
There is definetly more place to grow without powers and as a player I felt closer to MC beacuse I could really imagine myself in her (for me it’s female) shoes.
And Crook is my favourite, I sense there’s a story behind him so I want to know him more. I also really like DG and her ‘cool ppl’ talk whenever the 3 of us are together. I’m trying to play more as a bad girl type so it’s only natural that she’s my friend.

I don’t think we’re supposed to leave free links to completed games on here. It sorta defeats the purpose of trying to sell them! But you could at least play the (almost) completed game a few times during beta testing. Are you not one of the testers? I can’t keep track.

Also, I ain’t one of the beta testers, mom and dad dragged me and the rest of the family around and I barely had any time to be in front of this laptop.
If you need another Beta tester I’d be down for playing through again.
If not, just gonna buy on release day with everyone else. ^^ Good to see this one almost finished up, it kinda scared me when Uni didn’t seem to exist when we moved to the tent areas and can’t wait to see resolution with that (and the party ofc, I trust Crook to throw an awesome one.)
If the Crook fangirls have their way he’ll just take his pants off.
Though I imagine if HornHeadFan is maniacal enough he’ll have Crook be kidnapped/otherwise indisposed so that when you get there you’re Crook will have escaped.
