Community College Hero: Releasing Soon

Am I the only person who doesn’t like the new Spider-Man movies? Sure the old ones weren’t the best, but they were ten times better than these ones if you ask me.

I agree the old Spider-Man movies are better

I think that both series had their moments. Except for that one moment with venom in the first series. The series really needed a reboot after that. Anyway the story still seems amazing, And I can’t wait for it to be finished.

I’ve never watched the new one’s, but my childhood had me filled with the old one, so I can’t even try to watch it cause I fear that it might break my image of Spiderman.

Actually, based on a recent Sony hack it’s been revealed that talks started but then broke down. Although if they were going to use any character for Spiderman’s role in the storyline then I would recomend either Vision, The Winter Soldier, or one of the Maximoff kids.

Maybe you already answered this but why did you change the “siege on liberty” to the “siege on St. Louis” ?

Mostly because I figured big battles in New York City and scenes involving the Statue of Liberty are way overdone in movies, comics, etc. For some reason, a battle in America’s heartland seemed more realistic and original in that not everything revolves around NYC.

Plus I like its proximity to Nebraska. You never know it some connections will be made.

Greetings Program!
So I was also thinking maybe you could do a civl war type story between the Heros. Not in this book of course but your up coming ones also would u please remind me how many chapters do u plan on having? Did you use partners to help inspire your story or did u use inspiration elsewhere? Also why not add change the trench coat to the special touch? I’m saying this because it would make more sense to put it ontop of day your spandex outfit than just the main costume. Can u change that please?
End Of Line

I have been going through this for a while now, just decided to comment, really excited for the Beta! I really enjoy the combination of RPG get-my-stats-up and roleplaying this game has, plus the fun of the superhero genre in general.

Well I haven’t finished CCH yet but I had 20k words just sitting there so I figured I’d post a pretty substantial update.

It passed randomtest. There shouldn’t be any game-ending bugs, but I’m sure there are probably some continuity errors, typos, etc.

Please post whatever errors you find.

Whoo! update!!

“ You’re not introduced to whoever owns the property, but you’ve provided with a quick tour."
— missing a “been” between “you’ve” and “provided” or switch “you’ve” with “you’re”

"although that would be quiet dramatic"
—think this is supposed to be “quite”?

Oh my god, the new update is awesome :scream:

Really looking forward to what happens next! :eyes:

I really love what you have so far I seriously can’t wait to find out what happens next

Now your just taunting us with that wombat :satisfied: But on a more serious note very good update. Can’t wait to see how everything goes down. I like being able to see how everyone handles the stress ( except stoic of course). You can learn a lot about people that way, whether it being slightly less despicable, or whining like a child.

@WaterOracle, thanks for spotting the typos!

@anyhelpbob, well the Wombat tease prevents me from having to explain why he chose such a weird animal, or at least it buys me time until the end of Part III to think of some rationale. And yes, I wanted to crank up the stress on the characters and show how some (Crook, McCormick) crack and stew while others (Origami, Hedonist) seem content or even happier at the farm.

@122B, those are the sort of small finishing touches I’m looking for to round out the character interactions. As long as it doesn’t require much work on my part, I’m looking for a few more of those “connector” pieces of dialogue.

Did anyone have a favorite study group scene? I enjoyed writing those a lot.

Secrets 101 with Crook and Tress

And on another note, how far can you develop your relationship with Crook?

@HornHeadFan Very awesome update.I was wondering about one thing though
How much of the story does this demo cover…like 30%,40%,50% etc…

Love the update, really great so far. I was curious though, if you’re in a relationship with Dirty Girl will you be able to try and get her some help with her drug problem? Or is that just something we can’t really do anything about?

No problem! I really love the breaking things and defense classes XD
Poor Shine, getting doubly worked over
