Yea!! I’m So Happy!!!
Result of some kind= people liking and engaging with your forum draft. 
But obv that won’t be satisfying enough for everyone.
Update! Woo! It’s a good one! My playthrough took pretty much spot on 2 hours, and I read 21,491 words not including the words in the choices. I’m not the fastest reader though.
I played “naturally”, but managed to get Dirty Girl up to at least 71% without spending the whole night at the party with her. I did not get any date or romance scenes.
Stunner remained at 15% as my lowest relationship, but after Capture the Flag I basically had nothing to do with him.
I liked the new study scenes; I picked HELL and Secrets, and they both played out pretty well. I think they do a great job to make things feel more and more like college life, rather than a string of connected plot and relationship scenes.
It looks like it would have some pretty great replayability at least one more time, and probably a second; so three fairly distinct playthroughs.
I also found a number of typos/errors:
That being said, you loved your father. He possessed many good qualities but your favorite was… [two full stops]
“It’s always best to start with a joke” [needs an ellipsis]
“Okay, Spectre, what all can you do?” [“what all” - ?]
The days after Orientation pass in a blur. [needs a line break]
You’re constantly meeting new classmates, a few of[…]
You thought you were asking a simple question, but Crook hesitates a good ten seconds before responding. Finally he just says, “It was something I needed to do. Something I wanted to do, I mean.” (small increase in Crook relationship) [needs a line break]
He slowly rolls over on his side, facing you. “Okay, Spectre, I’m curious. Who do you think is the toughest student? Like the one most likely to get into Prestige or Savior in a couple of years.” He adds, “Just between you and me. I won’t tell anyone,” [full stop?]
[pregnant? comwbat?]
A pregnant pause follows. Comwbat Wombat tentatively raises his hand, which of course replaces the silence with a series of squeaks and rattles.
From the back of the class, a female voice sounding like Dirty Girl yells, “Nerrrrd!”
[I’m already sitting in the back - perhaps DG should elbow and/or whisper to me?]
“Excellent. Very good, Spectre, very good.” (moderate increase in McCormick relationship)

The Professor elaborates, explaining[…]

He perks up and actually sets down his fork before answering the question. "I’m not like militant about it or anything.
I figure I’ve saved at least a couple pigs by now." (small increase in Mob relationship)

Mob looks at you sheepishly.
Downfall speaks up again, her voice echoing through the gym. "Welcome to Breaking Things and People. [Breaking People and Things, you mean?]
Today we’re focusing on making people happy. Todya we’re focusing on protecting them." [todya -> today]
“Stand in place. Remain silent. Do not gesture. Select a classmate and analyze every detail. Remember everything. Reveal nothing” [missing full stop]
[it’s said that there are 32 bodies in Nil’s office, but there should only be 28 students (teams of 4, A-H) - based on CTF - unless there were uneven numbers and Nil is also counted]
But Origami looks shocked at the hand-raising students. She waggles a finger at you, having noticed you kept your hand down. Ten she folds herself into a small paper cube

Traditional students in the lunch line give Nil a wide berth as he makes slow wide circles

Origami flaps around lazily and laughs at Mob, “Oh what a gentleman!” [needs line break]
Origami points to a grassy island behind Heroes Hall near the faculty parking lot. "Let’s study
He wraps an arm around each of you, easing everyone into a huddle. “Well that was cake. [was a piece of cake?] Our friend’s real name is Daniel Wang. The guy gets care packages from his parents like once a week and doesn’t even both [both = bother] to put his mail in a desk drawer. Score one for us!” (You have learned Combat Wombat’s secret!)
You flip over your test paper and start scanning the questions

Downfall blows her whistle and approaches. “Well, I’m sure she could have gotten out of that, but seeing as how she didn’t, you earn an A. Nice job, soldier.” (+20% Downfall relationship)
[missed a percentage notification]
Hedonist has his feet propped up on his desk as he flips through a magazine titled, “What’s your Pleasure?”

“Oh honey that door isn’t going to last the day.” (small decrease in Hedonist relationship)

[The Combat Wombat video game scene seems a bit out of place, especially since I was involved in stealing his secret and have basically ignored him for the whole game]
You’re surprised to see Stoic, Combat Wombat and a guy you know as the Spiked Gladiator already sitting around a table. Uni motions you to take a seat before she begins.

Origami yanks your arm roughly and repeats, “We have to come on!” She thrusts a page she had just printed off WSPK 11’s web site. You look down to read it.
[“We have to come on” - ?]

Welp I wrote a death essay on my opinion of the release as is Idea, Only to try to post it, have It kill itself, and to find you gave up on that plan. 
So sorry if that pops up just ignore it. Also I like where the Story is leading so far >:)

I Agree I loved being able to get in a relationship but I definitely don’t mind waiting if u want to have a better quality game. Take your time with it
@Havenstone, the thread comments and engagement have definitely helped keep me on task. I view this process basically as a huge collaboration. I’m just want to see a shiny new CCH icon in the App Store! I’m impatient!
@Saracenar, DAMN that is some specific feedback. Thank you so much! Those time and word stars are immensely helpful as is your DG score. I’m guessing you appeased her as much as possible? Did you join her Breaking Things study group and side with her and Crook on the investigate Contrarian thing?

No idea about a publishing date. I’m just looking to be in position to do a semi open beta by end of August. That’s my goal now. And it’ll probably be 7 chapters as 4 is currently huuuuge (28k words) and should probably be broken in two.

Actually no, I didn’t really go out of my way to appease Dirty Girl, I just picked what I felt like were the “natural” options for me, as if it were my first time playing. I didn’t join her study group and I didn’t take her side, so I imagine her stat can get pretty high if I do those things and also stay at the party with her for the whole night.

What have you done! You’ve made me fall for Tress instead of Uni, ugh…
Also, it’s great practice in any work of fiction to make a story self contained while still leaving openness for a sequel.
