Yes you can definitely join private beta for Part 2. Progress has been VERY slow and I promised the group an update this past weekend but failed to deliver based on family stuff and me being sick. I’ll likely keep that a private beta until at least the first of the year to avoid too much spoilery stuff on the boards before people have a chance to read Part 1.
Just saw the trailer on Steam. I have to say I like the trailers have stepped up their game a little (I also liked Tin Star’s Trailer).
And I’ve played the Demo, so consider this a day one buy 
I would say “Yay!” but that would sound like I’m an 11-year-old girl. So I will just say, “That’s really cool.” I totally didn’t know the CCH pre-release info was up yet, so thanks for the head’s up.
And yeah I totally dig the trailer (I picked out the music!) although the part about the “world’s most dangerous villains” is somewhat spoilery, However, I guess readers will figure out that the Dozen is somehow involved in the plot anyway since they are mentioned at the very start of the story.
Well, I stumbled across it while looking a stuff due out soon. As for me, I don’t mind some spoilers, and unfortunately with a text game you do have to try and hook people early on.

Weirdly though, Amazon is telling me that my phone or my tablet are not good enough to play this game. Which is strange, as I never had any problem with a Game from this site(just finished Gaslight again) and the free to play version I can get in the Google Play Store is also working fine.
Did it go live early everywhere except Steam? That’s where I was hoping to buy it, but it still says December 4th.
I’m not sure. It can’t be found under a search for “hosted games” even on Apple but I guess it works when you search by the actual title. Hmmmm. It’s like it’s “somewhat released.”
I believe the term is “soft release.”
Just ran into a bit of a problem when trying to install the game after purchasing it from the chrome store. Gives me this error message: “Package is invalid. ‘Could not load extension icon ‘favicon.ico’.’.”
Looks like the 16x16 icon line in manifest.json needs looking at:

Edit: I should add that there isn’t a favicon.ico in the crx file. Not sure if there should be one.
Edit 2: Adding a favicon.ico from one of my other CoG/HG games I got from the chrome web store and removing the verification data let me load it as an unpacked extension in developer mode. Looks like it’ll be an easy fix for the team at CoG at least
Edit 3: I probably shouldn’t give people clues on how to get download urls for chrome store content incase it bypases purchase requirements…
@dfabulich, @jasonstevanhill, does what @LordOfLA said above make sense? I’m a bit lost.
EDIT TO ADD: also my wife’s iPhone6 with IOS 9.1 has an issue with the stats screen. The next button is mostly off screen at the bottom. Only a sliver shows and it’s very hard to tap. However it does it with other Hgs and CoGs as well. I didn’t know if CoG was aware of issue and whether or not it’s fixable.
@dfabulich is on a plane going cross-country to me at the moment. He can’t do anything about Chrome until he’s somewhere, conscious, and with internet access and the time to fix the problem. It’s not a big one, but it might not be until 6pm EST tomorrow that those conditions are satisfied.
As for the stats screen bug, no, we were not aware. Please send a bug report to support with screenshots and any other information you think might help us track it down.
Love the game tested it extensively during the beta testing.
I keep playing this game over and over! It’s an addiction! But quick question, how do you get the making out in the barn achievement?
Be dating Mob by the time finals roll around. And I’m glad you find it addictive! I put in allllll those achievements to somewhat (totally) encourage addiction.
