Femininity is usually considered weak and “funny” when applied to masculine situations or people, of which the superhero genre are sadly one dominated by cishet men, which is the problem coupled with the implications of “making things feminine”… It’d be hard to pull of respectfully, but it actually could work.
Presenting them as a buffer rather than a debuffer would be a good place to start, though, I guess.

Crook is more useful than Stoic?Huh.I guess that kind of makes sense,given that Stoic simply doesn’t give a damn.
Also,I find it highly unlikely for a person who can make comedy sounds more useful than someone who can manipulate heat AND light.

@ParrotWatcher, this is just my subjective take on their current usefulness, based only on events. The MC is definitely near the bottom, but people like Dr. Hover or Friendzone probably don’t have the combat skills we have, so I’d think the MC could take them down, or at least provide more of a benefit in some situations.
@AAO, Yes, Stoic doesn’t have any obvious combat ability, and being able to soak up damage might be useful for her but she’d have to actually make an effort (distract the enemy, or “take a bullet” for her teammates) for her powers to benefit the other kids. And I’ve written Hi-Jinx pretty aggressively - we haven’t seen her in a fight yet, but I think she’d fluster Shine! And maybe her noises can get REALLY loud. That’s a legit power with potential. Shine also has potential but seems to struggle with control.

I agree but at the same time you can say no to him and he’ll be like “oh okay.” You can also come into him instead if that’s how you play it so it really depends on your playthrough how bad it is… At least in terms of your MC. We don’t know how bad he is with other students.
Though if he touches my man Mod I will wreck him.

I don’t think so, our choice in the first part will matter, the game “knows” what desired power we’d have
just played the update!! unlike some of you guys, i actually don’t find quickie as annoying?? he’s okay i guess though he gives so much cannon fodder NPC vibes. he didn’t injure anybody in my playthrough so maybe that’s why i don’t dislike him… yet
even though my MC is the leader, i had her go to dean tolly’s office during the lunch scene. tolly’s computer really didn’t help ease my MC’s suspicions 
since my MC’s highest stat is loyalty and self (though there is a tiny bit of altruism for helping the homeless guy), she’s more likely to take drastic measures in keeping her team safe and successful than ally with any of the schools. again, dean tolly’s notes totally didn’t help those thoughts.
speaking of leader, what the heck is with tress though?? she seems to really want to be the star of the show. first is the dr. hover incident and then next is during the meeting. my MC is really close (tho not as close now lol) to her so she’s disappointed with this.
some questions though (and sorry if these are too spoiler-y!!)
- will we be able to meet nil and/or downfall sometime during part 2?
- will stunner return?
- can we help DG with her drug issue? and if yes, do we have to trigger that bar scene in pt. 1 first?
- what happens if crook is the one you romanced in pt. 1? how would this play out in pt. 2? other than his secret, there’s also the whole revenge plot going on after all…
- and lol
will we still be able to romance hedonist in this part??? i feel like romancing him for shits and giggles and maybe there’s more to his character…
- this is more like a joke thing but…WYVERN AS RO 2K17 PLS
