Community College Hero: Knowledge is Power (old WIP thread, now closed)

Its a trope for all games too - just ask Blizzard the king studio of retcon.

Origami has Zenith parents.

Origami was a robot…with paper powers.

Origami was a clone.

Origami never really existed…she was a manifestation of the MC’s wide-eyed optimism and enthusiasm for life

Origami hails from an alternate dimension (Hence Crook’s whispered comment about “The Zone”)

Origami was lying when she said she was 13…but why?? Hmmm

Origami was a quadruple agent, working for the Dozen but in reality working for Dean Tolly but in reality working for the Wyvern

Vote!

I always assumed that it worked that way, otherwise superheroes in this world would have only been a thing that came and went away.

Wait; Origami was only 13!? I mean, I know I basically ignored everyone who wasn’t Mob, but how did I miss that?

This. Definitely this.

Mob, and yes, I would save him over Stoic.

It’s her secret. You need to be great friends and have a pajama party with her to find it out.

Origami was the traditional Japanese art or technique of folding paper into a variety of decorative or representational forms.

I vote robot. Let’s get some life model decoys in this game.

This allows you to have the most fun as an author - the question is … are there echos of Jumpstreet here? Johnny Depp won’t be cast as Hedonist will he? A great fit no doubt but too many shades within shades…

I vote her parents are Zenith

This is the most cannon and logical to me too.

Well, that’s probably why I never found out.

This would be kinda cool; Origami was feeding you a fake secret rather than a real one… But it does completely alter her character, so it would probably be best to stay away from.

So boring. You could at least have gone for the “alternate dimensions” one. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

If @Eric_Moser did that, which Mob would be your RO? More important, how would you know which was which?

Clone! i want more little sisters!!! Wait! Are her clones just like her or evil😯. And i know she like died but like say she was in paper form and she had a tear, in people form would that equal to a broke limb? And could you just tape it back? Or would when she turn into a human, she would just have tape on herself?

She’s the daughter of me and Tress from the future? That exciting enough for you? :stuck_out_tongue:

Maybe she honestly thought she was 13, but was actually wrong about it for whatever reasons. (I vote for brainwashing) I always found it weird how she could pass of her age. I’m not sure about the ages of everyone else but I guess they should be in their late teens or early twentys (apart from Crook who’s probably in his late twenties) and that’s not a difference you can handwave with a babyface and have people belive you.

…Can we not just…take both?

If she never existed that mean she was just an imagery friend everybody let you have… hell jacob must of been hella scared when you were talking to Origami😯. And when you called him out it would be like you have crush my imagery friend dont ya!? Lol. But then his alittle kid so be might of thought it was cool, so that could be a reason he took to you because you have imagery friend.
I’ll think I’ll change my clones for a lie or her coming back from the future like @Lizzy said without tress, she could be a female trunks!

Not trying to be a downer, but am i the only one who thinks we should have super speed over flight?

Orgami had flight - for that reason alone, flight is a must. Besides, “Flash” tv show sort of turned me off of superspeed.

Super-speed is OP even by standard superhero standards. Flight would be far easier to balance.

I would have a harem of Mobs. They would also gain power due to their close proximity to one another, and together we would be unstoppable.
