I just want shady ol’ Nil back, he’s so freaking awesome v: And if he does show up, I’ll be on his side no matter what
#Manners
(do not read if you are young)
don’t worry, I am sure Nick will be back as he moves like a shadow and he is always there and you never see him, some may even call him a Ninja…
(its Meme day today hooray!)
Nil’s a ninja, my MC got called ninja by Origami, you see where this is going. There’s got to be a way to tap that cloak.
oh, everyone can be a Ninja if they really tried, I mean its just soooo easy! sarcasm
and I am probably the only person here who wouldn’t tap a ninja because they usually carry weapons e.g. Katana’s around with them and I really don’t want to get killed. (don’t worry, I understand what you mean )
Thank you and honestly I wasn’t sure if this was even worthy of a theory. However after rereading the story 4 times and looking back on past updates it’s sounds as if Zeniths have something similar to Ki or a less potent form of it.Would be interesting if Eric could find a way to fit an aspect like this into the Zentih mythos(hope I used this word right) and give us more info on how Z people work. Btw, I think a name like Speck verse would do nicely. After all, according to Captain California we are right in the middle everything.
That’s what I find so great about the Zenith route. It can turn out to be any power even one we wouldn’t think of. Would it still need to be a power that has the potenial to eventually rival at least one member of the Dozen? Yes and no.
Regardless, with the potential that Eric has foreshadowed our MC to have it wouldn’t be illogical to give us something big like say Telekinesis. Since it’s arguably the most versatile power ever made, as shown here Telekinesis | Superpower Wiki | Fandom
Using this could allow for the player to choose what aspect of Telekinesis to focus on depending on their stats.
Or you could be the master of your own body and control it on a subotomic level. Maybe you hold the ability to dive into “The Zone” farther than anyone else and this is what helps you see the Zenith Pressure points. There are so many fun possibilities.
That was a far more interesting responce than I thought it would be. I guess there are somethings I really need to pay attention to. I wonder if deep down the Captain hates Speck and is just being cool for the time being
If I did that then everyone would know my MC wants to tap that thicc, muscular, and probably battle scared booty. Then everyone will think I defend her because of that and . . . . . .shit
Who doesn’t?
Also,a battle scarred booty?Did she get into a fight with the Hedonist or something?
I’m not even messing with you. I’ve seen a few characters with scars on their butts
I think it was one of those old anime shows i use to watch as a kid.
There are no words to describe how hilarious this is
I wonder what Nil looks like under that cloak… Maybe they don’t really exist?
@AAO Can we exclude Tolly from the Speck rule? I don’t trust her.
@The_Otaku_Dragon_Sla It’s a possibility and I wouldn’t be surprised if the Captain is a lot closer with the Smarts than Hedonist is.
For curiosity’s sake, what did you think I would say?
Something like, he isn’t taking the hero thing seriously enough
I’m glad I exceeded expectation.
Although, I do think a lot of the students thought being a hero was going to be all sparkles and rainbows and the reason half or so left at the end of the previous book. But it’s not going to be my reason for disliking a character.
Hey, just means the we hard working students get more attention from the teachers and imrpove faster
May you please tell us your explanation?
She’s clearly a member of the Diabolical Dozen. I mean come on have you hear her jokes they’re… criminal.
I think my distrust started around the end of book one. First of all, for what reason did she fire Nil? I understand why she fired Downfall and the only reason I can think of is an “unsubstantiated rumor” that Nil is a spy sent by Mega Cat. Like the unsubstantiated rumor about Hedonist’s relationship with students.
Her office is messy, either she’s naturally messy or she keeps it that way to make it hard for someone to snoop through her office without it being obvious to her. The sticky note on the monitor is ambiguous enough to make anyone who sees it think it’s about what he did last semester. Maybe it is about Hedonist’s sexual relations with the students, but why not be more specific about it? You know what can mean anything to her. Also the map on her desk, what’s in Speck? Why start a super hero school for level 1 and 2 Zeniths and a hero with no powers in the middle of nowhere? Savior, Prestige, and the Dozen are oddly interested in Speck and Tolly could be working at Harvard or Yale with better pay. Teams B and H were intentionally put together, why? What does Tolly know about our group that we don’t? Are B and H the only teams that were put together?
We know the hacking kit comes from Booksmart, how much of our equipment comes from Savior? Surely Mega Cat has some kind of technopath at Prestige.
The motivational posters in her office aren’t very comforting, although I wouldn’t call them motivational. It makes me uneasy.
All I can say is that I think she has something to hide and I think her motivations are murky at best.
Beautiful.I actually never thought of that.Maybe cuz I never went through Tolly’s office.
I already roleplay my main MC in a sense that she doesn’t trust anyone as well.So it’s all good.
By the way,I wonder if in the whole School bars, there’d be a bar that is basically ‘Neutral’ or ‘None of the above’?
It’d make sense for people who don’t trust anyone.
Dude I gotta ask, who do u trust?
Have you searched through McCormick’s office? There’s a couple of interesting bits there.
I’d love to have a non of the above option, but if it doesn’t happen, ordering the schools from no trust to could trust less: Savior, Speck, Prestige.
@The_Otaku_Dragon_Sla Well, I trust McCormick even if it’s only because she reminds me of the French teacher I had in school. I trust Nil because he’s open about his secretiveness and, in a way, taught the students something that I can’t find words for at the moment. I trust Downfall and don’t distrust Hedonist as much as others; in the final exam they both taught the students that not all battles can be won and sometimes we have to make sacrifices.
As for the students; I trust Crook and Stoic and I trusted Origami. I think Stoic is trustworthy in her own way and she kind of reminds of DC’s Raven. I can trust Crook to have MC’s back and do what’s necessary when push comes to shove. Origami proved herself to me when she first brought MC to the hospital.
I don’t distrust Hedonist (well, no more than the average). I merely hate him. Now, Captain Surfer, him I distrust. I also don’t trust Stoic, but that’s more because she’s the most important non-RO student than for anything concerning her actual character.
I completely trust two people: Origami and my Father. (Note: if either turns out to be alive again, I will have to downgrade their trust levels.)
