Community College Hero 3: All Things End (Poll on Post #1248 re: romantic short stories)

Okay! :slightly_smiling_face:
First one i recommend is “Fallen Hero:Rebirth”
Next being “Breach: an Archangel Job”
Lastly, the “Samurai of Hyuga” series.
These story is fantastic! Nothing else to say :3

There are obviously more but these are some that i think is the best!

Just throwing one more monkey wrench in there, this is a game not by HostedGame, not by CoG. And it’s my favorite of all, “The Magium”, you have to play it yourself to get the effects cause i can’t explain how amazing it is, and it’s not because I’m the anti-social type

Thanks for the recommendations y’all!

Also, I just realized the nickname Captain Powerless foreshadows your Zenith ability in CCH 3.

@Just_another_Suicide I want that fight to happen with Crook. And that’s where my fight with our classmates from speck comes from. They’ll try to calm us down and we have the option to choose to do so or keep going which would lead to you fighting everyone and ridiculing them. Ngl I still wanna confront Tress about her issue. I wouldn’t even prolly draw the line with Stoic. Although I rather it happens in the Zenith path.

I mean it’s a crazy thing to happen in the story if something like this were to play out but I feel like if this was the case it would be written into all the paths to make it easier to code hypothetically speaking of course because I don’t know shit about coding or the author’s plan all I’m hoping is that if you killed the Wyvern in the last game that it will actually mean something and affect the plot in some way whether major or not but I want it to come into discussion at some point and that it not only changes how the regular people see you but also other student’s opinion of you and maybe even some Hero’s thoughts about it other than a few lines and vise versa if you turned him in but I don’t know I feel like that may be hoping for too much but then again you’re only what 18 or 19 when that happens and you’re not even a fully trained or recognized hero you’re only a student a trainee whether you killed or turned him in it’s something major to happen so early on into your career that it has to have some consequences that I feel should play out into this finale

The problem is the speck seven are too darn understanding! when you tell Crook/Stunner about Dr Stench, they still stand by you 100%. A straight fight may be tough to pull off given how tightly knit the group is. However, a sparring match in Downfall’s class between members of the speck seven could work! Like, Downfall pits you/Tress/Crook vs. Stunner/DG/Synergy or something to that effect.

I’ll just get the big question outta the way: does choosing the Dr. Stench path actually make you a walking nose like our dad, or can we be the improvement? :joy:

Don’t read anything into this, it’s just a random question…

Whose death would hit your MC the hardest in Part 2? (you can pick 1 or 2 choices)

  • Stunner
  • Crook
  • MC’s mom
  • The Afterthoughts
  • Tress
  • Stoic
  • Downfall
  • Synergy
  • Origami (if she can’t be saved)
  • Booksmart
  • Dean Tolly
  • Sandy McCormick

@UrbanGhost, so you’d enjoy a throw-down between members of the Speck 7? I definitely intend to write such a scene; I’ve been looking forward to that for a long time! And storywise, it HAS to happen.

@Vexius_Krexius, yeah I think the MC deserves better than armor that’s too ‘on the nose.’

And to the folks bringing up Wyvern, honestly I didn’t plan for the aftereffects to play a huge part in Part 3, especially considering the change in setting, but yes the outcome needs to be addressed, I agree.

From a MC prospective I’d say either mum or RO. From my personal (reader) prospective definitively McCormick.

@Eric_Moser ohhhh DAMNIT CCH 3 can’t come soon enough!

You’re probably not soliciting feedback for plot details but I can’t help but think an elegant way to wrap up the wyvern plot line would be MC has to return to Montana for trial. If the Wyvern lived, you testify against him and he is sentenced, closing the book on that subplot. If he dies, you return as a defendant and McCormick is your attorney who saves you from going to prison. The Wyvern’s family reads a victim impact statement, and your reaction to it has a major influence on your relationship to McCormick/Tolly/RO/others. If you’re solemn and serious, it benefits your reputation and may even help public support for heroes in Speck. If you behaved flippantly or even show a bit of visible pleasure at killing the Wyvern, it changes how others view you. McCormick severs any ties with you…maybe your RO may even break up with you (“Did you change? Or have you always been like this?”)

I also gotta laugh at the bottom-placing results of the poll. The afterthoughts really can’t catch a break! Don’t y’all like Hijinx? :sob:

I’m sorry who are these afterthoughts you speak of? :joy:

slightly less concerned but concerned either way. You can’t expect me to not worry a bit with something that ominous >_>

If she turned her ability to max no one would wanna fight her. She could diffuse a hostage situation by making the bad guy simply not wanna be bad
