Randomtest is great for confirming that paths CAN be evenly selected, but it’s not so great in seeing what paths readers will actually prefer.
So quick poll: Which path did your MC take when Downfall ran into La Tranquilidad?

And which class would your MC look forward to the most? (I won’t disclose the professors yet, but you can probably guess a few of them)

Hace u ever considered after u have finished this amazing series to do a alternate story. So we are playing the a villian who trying to join the dozen?
It’s a tie between CaT and AE for me
I chose Wellness for Heroes because it sounds easy, so it’ll be a break from the others.
It really depends on which character.
My power nullifying soldier? Combat and tactics of course.
My sharpshooter in the Stench suit? Zone Mastery sounds like the way to go.
And my nanite enhanced Detective? Advanced Espionage.
37% to 33% to 30% for the three paths in SF. I declare a balance victory!
The class vote is heavy toward Downfall’s class, but I’ll do another poll after all 4 classes have been established, because I think it will tighten up a lot.
@Shaun_Cheatle, write a supervillain story? You never know! I’ve been wanting to go darker for a while.
We’re getting a stoic ro route right? This is awesome! I wish we get to have endings slightly different from other considering the goals we finished and/or the goals we focused on
Ex : if I got stoic’s power back, we’ll have a powerhouse and this affects the endgame,
If I get oregami back, we’ll be back to being emotionally stable, and this affects the midgame to endgame,
If I get to uncover the mystery behind my pop’s death it would give me drive, affects the story as a whole,
If I became a low.level zenith leader, this would give me feeling of power and importance, affects the endgame,
And if I chose 2, focused on 1 or picked them all, they would give different endings, it would be hard but it should be awesome
You don’t need to worry. Becoming a leader for low grade Zenith is an end game goal, while helping Stoic is a mid game goal. You will be able to do both.
The other 2 we don’t know anything for now on how will be able to achieve them. But we know they aren’t end game goals, because all 4 have already been revealed, so they might be mid game goals.
Is uni going to make an appearance in 3? Funny character, missed her in 2.
She did. If you select her home town during TV news she’s interwied
This sounds amazing, it could take place years after cch Mc takes out the dozen and becomes a great hero so new Mc is tryna bring back the age of the villain… And it could end with new NC either becoming the biggest big bad in history or changing his ways and work with ex mc

In the choice: “I brainstorm some possible power combinations we can use!”
After I scan the enemy for weaknesses, I can relay that information to the rest of the Squad. .We

The most recent update is LIVE. See link in Post #1. Word count is about 34,500 w/o code and excluding character creation. I’m already working on new content tonight as my wife fixes me meatloaf.
The next update should pretty much wrap up Issue 9 and most of the “setting the table” tasks I had to tackle.
Post #1 also has examples of some types of feedback that is most helpful. I hope most of the material is pretty good, and relatively clean, but there is always room for improvement.
Okay played the update with a Zenith route character.
To become a Zenith, from what I remember in the second game, one studied everything known about Zeniths.
Wouldn’t the absolute basics about the Zone, like who discovered it and what year, have been included in that self study?

HI-Jinx makes a crashing cymbal sound effect at the end, which causes necks to jerk across the room.

I’ll have to go back and read that section of Part 2. I remember the MC reading conspiracy blogs and some other stuff, but the specifics escape me. I might have to soften the possible reactions to include choices like, “This seems sorta familiar but I can’t remember” or something like that.
I need to make it more clear that the Ketoprosyn is something Prestige keeps on the down-low. I might shift it from the quiz to something Dr. Savage discloses himself.
Thanks for pointing this out! Continuity issues are really tough with so much material to go back and review.
