Ooh fixed, sorry about that and thanks for alerting!
Ahhh that was so gooood. Finally didnât romance Rayyan again and tried out olâ Guey. What a peach. But now I have to play again and romance Rayyan >:(
Typos, maybe
Her snorts, and gives you an empathic fist-bump. You can tell sheâs relieved, too. She wipes the beads of sweat that have collected on her brow.
You draw level. Someone yells, âLetâs go, Lynaia!â and âLetâs go, Tobin!â It sounds like Tobin (should be Rayyan) and Cho.
Youâre very quickly surrounded by your teammates and coaches, and you lose sight of Sam. Everyone looks as giddily excited as you feel. âTHROUGH TO SEMIS!!â Deepal (where did my girl Deepal come from? Sheâs not in the lineup) shouts, and the rest pick it up like a chant.
Also, also; I thought Sam was playing the mixed doubles but I played against her in the womanâs team with Tobin. Pretty sure I remember her saying she was getting picked for mixed doubles? When she visited. Might be wrong.
Almost forgot, but during the party I won the disgusting devils dozen and got the achievement for doing it twice despite missing out on the real one by one hit..
Wait, so my mc who plays menâs doubles only with Rayyan is not meant to be able to play Sam and Pan?
![]()
Yay! Of course my Sammy is male, cutest gay couple in tennis, and as per my linked article menâs tennis could use a couple of good out and openly gay players.
@paigeboy Thank you for the bug & typo reports! Iâve fixed them!
As for Samâyouâre right, there was a conversation early on about Sam and mixed doubles, but Iâve decided I donât want to necessarily rule out the option for womenâs/menâs doubles as well since itâs a nice story beat (playing against Sam) so Iâve changed the wording of that scene ![]()
This is a little strange, not sure how you did that, as I double-checked the code and it looks like all the misses are being tracked, but Iâll give it another look again!
If Sam is also a man, your MC does get to play with Sam and Pan!
Hi Allie long time no see ![]()
Iâm really happy for the update and right now trying to romance G eventhough my heart always come back for Sam ![]()
Btw I forgot to take screenshot but there is repetition of words when my MC went to see Samâs match ( I think the word is Tobin frown or something
).
So I canât wait to see mooooore and ofc I miss merry crisis too!!!
maybe itâs because itâs checking an achievement, it definitely went through the below code despite my not having that achievement at the time because it was a fresh save. It may be prudent to have a separate variable for it? But please donât change it yet :3 least it fuck peopleâs saveâs. Itâs not a big deal
*if choice_achieved_devils_dozen
*achieve doubled_devil
How do we beat Deepal the second match ?
Edit: Found some more typos I added to the bottom :>
I did it with two skills at 35, maybe 36. The rest except serve and volley (which was 20 something) were low 30s. Specifically I think Strength and Agility were 35.
More typos/etc Iâve noticed
Sitting in such close proximity to Sam and Rayyan had clearly not been the wisest of decisions; it feels a little like holding the like-ends of two magnets too close; you canât help but notice the surreptitious glances that Tobin (feel like this should be Rayyan no) and Sam are giving each other, the micro-expressions that flit over their faces in response to something you or someone else has said or done. Everythingâs balanced on a razor-thin line.
Cho shrugs. âI wasnât selected. Felix played with Tobin.â â If you play with Tobin during the competition she says that she played with Deep last year??
Rayyanâs gaze is full of heat as your eyes meet across the hotel lobby. Her lips curl upward into a tiny smile that flashes, before disappearing. She doesnât say anything, and neither do youânot with everyone else watching. You get the sudden urge to walk over and slip your hand in(to) her(s).
You study Samâs partner.
Pan Narasaki looks mixed, with tanned skin and light brown eyes, thin straight hair thatâs parted in the center. She has a jumpy, alert demeanour in the way his eyes seem to flit from one thing to another, reminding you a little of some highly-intelligent crow.
(This is with a male Sam and he is playing mixed doubleâs).
Malik, an all-court-player, had been touted as the ânext big thingâ in her sophomore year, but for some reason or another, had failed to live up to her potential. Herâd ended up achieving more success in doubles than in singles, at least over the duration of her college career.
Your opponents certainly make an odd pair: Sanderson with his measured stillness and Malik with that coiled-spring restlessness.
At gamepoint, you serve wide, drawing Sanderson off the court, then charge up the netâtrusting Rayyan to cover the back. The senior tries for a low, hard passing shot, but youâre already moving, cutting it off in a volley that clears the net and dies in the front. Game.
qf_set_1_score â> button (Iâm not doing well except for chemistry btw)
You decide to take a cue from Rayyan, letting her decide how heâd like to approach this game. Malik and Sanderson are clearly fired up, and youâre at a key juncture in the match.
Rayyan grasps your shoulder briefly and gives you a small nod, then steps up to the baseline to receive (her) serve. Her jaw is set resolutely, green eyes blazing with fierce intensity. But when her gaze meets yours, that fire softens into something warmer. She nods at you when you take your position next to her. Itâs a look you know well. She turns to face the front after that, bouncing on the balls of her feet.
Rayyan: (scowls, blushing even more) âNo comment. At this point, I canât help but ask: are you writing coverage for the tennis tournament? Or a gossip rag?â - no typo here buuuuuuut hahahhahaha I giggled so much jesus -_-
Sam nods. âSounds good. Good luck for semis tomorrow.â He shoots you a crooked smile. âThe least you could do after being rude enough to beat me is to win the title so I can say I got beaten by the champions.â â> (I didnât play him obviously, I kissed Rayyan :DDDDDDDDD, so I didnât beat him? Tobes did.)
Your answer is solid, and Prof. Sackler looks almost pleasantly surprised by your insight. He highlights something you mentioned, then builds on it for the rest of ht eclass. Youâre glad that youâd spent some time doing your readings over the weekend.
You check the draws, and manage to locate Sam and Pan, her partner, at Court 7, one of the five indoor courts at the university. Theyâre up against a team from Miami State. While running your eye through the tournament brackets, you realize with a jolt that the possibility of meeting Sam as an opponent that had been niggling at you ever since youâd picked Felix as your doubles partner might indeed come to pass. - I havenât done that and donât think I ever could tbh. Heâs pretty lame + I canât be the reason Rayyan doesnât get to play the tournament. Even if Iâm not romancing her.
Sam chips a return that catches Tobin out at the net. You accelerate from your end of the baseline to the other and hit a sliding cross-court to save the ball. Pan smashes back a powerful return, but this time, Tobin is ready. Leaping straight up, she slam(s) the ball down the end of the line, keeping it within-bounds but impossible to reach.
I was thinking you could postpone the conversation Sam has with MC about how theyâre playing mixed doubles because the whatever gender they are team doubles is solid until a phone conversation after MC solidifies whether theyâre playing mixed doubles or not so that it makes it easier for you to code it and puts a pin in that plot hole.
only played the new update recently and i have to say⌠as always it was great, G path is probably my favourite but of course i did almost all the ones i could and the sam and G open relationship path made me feel so bad for samđ poor thing
Hi, this is my first time going through this and Iâm still making my way, but I just wanted to point out a few mistakes and typos I noticed :).
Summary
- During the match with Jacks, there is a choice that says, âIâm betting all the eggs in my basket that Jackâs blufing. Stay in front.â Since the name is Jacks, I think it would be correct to write âJacksâsâ as in âJacks isâ. Also, it seems you forgot an f in bluffing.
- 'âThanks for the run,â Rayyan says, swiping some of the sweat from her brow. She waves a hand, a little stiffyly." Stiffyly should be stiffly.
- After winning against Emily in the first singles match, I go to Tobin first and then everyone else joins. The phrase, âThe rest of the team joins in, folding you and Tobin into a massive, sweaty group hug,â repeats twice in two consecutive paragraphs, though the rest of the paragraphs are different. I was unsure if this was purposeful or not.
*One day, Tobin takes the mc on a kind of date to look at a nature view. She is referred to as a senior here. This might not be helpful since itâs not very specific. I was not able to include screenshots, but let me know if you would like me to send them to you so you know exactly what scenes I am talking about.
I believe this is everything so far. I apologize if I came across as rude or anything at any point.
Thank you @paigeboy and @t_sampson for the reports! Iâll work on the edits in the next update.
@raissinha love that G is your fave route! And yes⌠Sam does get pretty sad in the open relationship.
