So you would rather additional content written after the game’s release is never made instead? I can understand the grievance with day-1 DLC, absolutely. But you seem to think that either no additional content should be made at all, or all additional content should be free.
I have to wonder how many hours you’d be willing to work for free. Because since Parliament of Knives came out, I’ve spent several hundred hours writing new content to add to the game as DLC. Wanting to be paid for my hard work is an ‘evil practice?’ Unfortunately, I need to put food on my table in order to live. So if I can’t charge for my work, I’d have to stop writing entirely.
