Demeter is her mom. It’s why we have the seasons. She stays two seasons in the underworld making Demeter sad and the other two with Demeter. Though a quick search said it was a daughter Nymph and it happened when he disguised himself as Hades… which makes me slightly more happy and disgusted at the same time.

Oh so I guess 2 children by Zeus then because Zagreus is the son of Zeus and Persephone. Let’s all agree that if your dad is Zeus don’t go to dinner with him… couldn’t think if a better joke lol my bad.
I’m seeing a depending on where you read the myth difference from the search.
But your right Zeus and Poseidon are people you don’t want to be around and Hades is the best dad. (Wealth, Undead, Intelligence, Unfairly hated due to associations with Death, Hell and Satan, Oldest out of Big Three, what’s not to love?)

Persephone is Hades’s wife and in most myths she doesn’t have any children. I know some of the stuff about her. I know more about Hades because I wrote a a biography about Hades foer my classical mythology class. I’ve got to say that out of the big three Hades is my Favorite. Because he only has two mistresses and Persephone his wife. Both the mistresses get turned into plants. But the most part Hades stay’s faithful to Persephone.
Also just a side note about Hades. He can’t have kids it’s physically impossible. Although if I had to choose a god to be my father I would choose Hades over Poseidon and Zeus.

Well thank the writer that she allows the MC to have Hades as their biological father. He is the best father out of all three of them! Can’t wait to get to know him

Hades is not the merciful god he is here LOL. He ransom FORCEFULLY AND RAPED HER VICIOUSLY in most of histories. His twisted humor with his followers was well known. All this o how great Hades is comme from Romantic movement that put him like a emo rock star and hide under the carpet all the bad stuff he had as sadist guy. He ransom and rape Persefone knowing he as death cant make babies. But still he wanted being like his brothers. I find him interesting like all gods fascinating but he was no Gandhi at all.

He didn’t Ransome Persephone and he didn’t marry her for baby’s. As for the kidnapping that’s true. For the rape bit I’m not sure as gods and goddesses go I’m not sure of anything. Also I’m not saying that he is some great guy. What I’m saying is that out of all the Greek gods he seems like less of a greedy prideful full of themselves Greek god. Hades is not a good guy he’s a Greek god and as Greek gods go he isn’t the worst. What I am saying is that out of all the other gods I prefer Hades.

That’s not ancient perspective marriage via rape of capture was a thing like the romulus and remo rapt of Sabines women .
