Well being always same form would be boring after a millennium . Also Afrodite has to change a lot because sex models change so fast.

Well you said Hera is African and Ares is Caucasian, the least biologically. I thought ares should be half African since Hera is. >_<
Hera Isn’t African, She is a goddess, she could have whatever form she wants. She is not human at all. She could have the form of a rabbit if she wants and tomorrow be a tomato. So Ares could look whatever Ares wants too. No dna stuff or laws here.

I think that when they decide to play the human bride/groom, they have to choose a body. A human body.
So any child born from them when they assume a particular shape will look like said shape.
I don’t think he can change his godly appearence.
I really think he has , There are myths about he appearing as a normal male Smith, and Epha normal apparence is not normal.
I think what it really boils down to is preference.
Hephaestus doesn’t exactly put looks at the very top of his list. Besides, he might even view the scars he had being flung off olympus as symbols of pride.
I think he can change his avatar form, but not his true form.
Their real form is spiritual as part of essence, so it’s not corporeal . So any physical form they use could change.

But what about our MC’s stress score? How will it affect the MC and will we be able to lower it at some point later in the game?
