Can I be a tester to please this’ll be my first time.
For this time around the author already decided the beta testers (the link to the post - nr. 4525 - in which this got announced got by the way posted only six post above your own post). It’s only a pre-testing before the public link gets updated. When the game reaches the closed beta stage or pre-testers are needed again I’m pretty sure your enthusiasm will get noticed.

Anyone wondering what the dad’s (and if ever Hades as the best uncle/dad figure – should you choose) and the gang got MC/Aeson?

I thought we all already agreed on an Aeson-shaped cake for the Bearer? To make the whole transfering the power of the Essence deal a little bit more uncomfortable?

I think @squarelyblue means in terms of presents. What do we get Aeson?
Or do we get Aeson presents for him to ‘bestow’ unto his friends rather than get Aeson presents for himself to mess with him and then give him the real presents later?
Or would that be taking the piss a little too much?

I’m guessing the presents the MC would get vary depending on their father and what type of relationship the Bearer is in with the others (a present a Bearer gets from one of the ROs they date may be different from a present they’d get as a friend).
I get the feeling that if the Bearer is a girl, one of her three potential fathers would have quite a few objections to the cake 
. Question becomes, who is the most protective daddy of the Trinity?
Why objections to the cake? Unless it’s overtly sexual, I don’t think anyone will have a problem with it.
And in terms of protectiveness I can’t really say for sure, but my first thought would be Hades since he watched the MC grow from a child. There’d already be a bond between them, wouldn’t there?
Zeus seems like the kind of father to, if you climbed up a tree, allow you to jump out of it instead of talking you down so that you break your arm and learn from the pain rather than trying to save you from it in the first place.
Poseidon I’m not sure, but he strikes me as the kind of person to be extremely awkward in physical affection, but he’d be the first to object if a situation arises where your life may be threatened, even if you were a warrior. No matter how good of a warrior you would be, he’d still be concerned that you may not be able to handle it. Traditional protectiveness working strong.
But that’s all I have.

I was thinking more of ‘the dad just being a little too objective and overprotective over something relatively innocent because of their little girl’ kinda thing; not the cake being anything suggestive .
Although…Saint (and probably Santiago; he kinda strikes me as a trouble-maker) probably would get a cake of Aeson’s butt just for laughs, all the while not fully thinking through how certain people would react to it.

Do dads do that? And what type of thing could they overreact to? I’m sure there are some people in Olympus who’d consider a relationship between the Bearer and the Bestower to be borderline incestuous, but reading too much into a cake wouldn’t be a bit much?
“This cake has cheekbones!? What were you thinking, you sick perverts?! Zeus fucked somebody as a swan and I wasn’t as disgusted as I am now!”

Some Dads can overreact to the weirdest things. My friend’s father one time freaked out because she actually DID have a cake shaped in the face of a celebrity (Jackie Chan to be exact; she finds him cool and funny, especially in the Rush Hour series. The cake was of his cartoon face), and for a moment thought she had a crush on an older guy (probably didn’t help that her uncle brought it out while saying ‘we made it in the honor of the man of your dreams’). It was pretty funny though, and everyone just got a good laugh out of it (including her Dad).
