Why can I see Saint making a cake of Aeson for the Bearer to bite into? And the following of his escape from the wrath of the Bearer’s unamused girlfriend/boyfriend or Aeson himself (assuming they didn’t die of laughter from the Bearer’s reaction alone)

I’m not sure if that’s a sexual thing or an ‘I want to fight you’ thing. Based on previous discussions, I’m sure it could be both.
It’s more a reference to him having to play everyones “favorite” hero to survive on Olympus. And now we want to make him a cake…Eh make a cake shaped like him to take that on whole different level…

Ignore that actually, I’m not sure I want to know. Aside from taking the phrase ‘eating ass’ to a whole new level, Aeson may be a bit freaked out at a cake sculpted from his butt. Or maybe he’d be flattered.

It’s okay. It’s just irritating to just type the correction and already getting the answer for it. Puts me in the same situation like a traffic light changing from green to yellow: Should I drive or should I not, or should I?

Judging by my own mental image of his personality (which I daresay is pretty good /puts on Not-A-Licensed-Psychologist Glasses), he would secretly be SUPPPER disgusted, but only the Scooby Gang and MC would notice, because his Hero Persona is so damn perfect.

I haven’t been able to take Aeson seriously since the scene with him saying, paraphrased, “What, do you expect me to listen to emo music and write poetry on my arm in Sharpie?” about being Hades’ son.
I fucking fell out of my bed laughing.

I cannot take him seriously. He’s just too damn funny.

I feel like I missed out on being an expressive teenager; I’ve had the exact same personality since I was 7. Just ignore everyone unless they’re as smart as me. Which no-one is. Cause I’m the best. In the world.
And I’ve never gotten any of his relationship descriptions other than the default; I tend not to pay that much attention to him. Which I feel like would be a problem, but if he went to regular school when he was younger, all he would have to do is tell people his father is literally the King of the Underworld and the emos would have swarmed around him like rats. He’d probably be better adjusted than he is now.

There’s the default, then the second one, when you reach ~40% is “The two of you haven’t destroyed the world. Yet.” or something like that.
I got some of the other descriptions, due to a glitch with the save system (I hadn’t realized the game’d been updated), so I’ll not talk about those. Too spoilery.
Okay. I’m about to go very off-topic, but I have a point, and I’ll bring it back to the game, so don’t get mad at me, mods!
When I was in 7th grade, back in 2007, my friends were huge weeaboos. I’d been homeschooled for the last two years, so I just did whatever they did. They were emo weebs. One of my friends, the ringleader, so to speak, pretended that she could “see” kitsunes and such (honestly. She liked to pretend she was schizophrenic, and we ate it up, creating stories for our imaginary anime buddies). We swarmed her because of this. My best friend was basically the Emo Queen of my middle school.
So…yeah, I could totally see Aeson managing that, even with kids who (think they) KNOW that the Greek gods are just myths.

I just had an interesting thought: Rohie stated that the Hero persona/tactic for the trials is just like Aeson. My MC, with his high morals, allure, wit, and desire to please everyone, would likely end up going down that path. Maybe he’ll be lauded as a hero just like Aeson. Fast-forward a bit and the war is in full-swing; we got two immortal heroes: Aeson, who is very careful when he chooses his allies and is a bit distrustful of the gods, and my MC, who is willing to trust and work with everyone.
I can already see the impending drama.
