No, I’m taking about your character. YOU as in your MC. I don’t know you in real life, I can’t assume that you’re a megalomaniacal sociopath right off the bat, now can I?
And if I were Mistress of the Universe, the first thing I would do is create Mjølnir for my own use. No-one would mess with me then. Plus, it’s the singular most badass weapon in the universe. In my opinion, anyway.

But wasn’t Calypso force by her dad or something because she said " she had to compete in the trails". Which she didn’t want to do because she wanted to be one of Artemis hunters. So that could be three problems for her: her having to fight in the trails ( even though she likes fighting), but not being able to be Artemis hunters ( which she could in the trial become unbearable trying to impress Artemis so Artemis.might bend the rules because she would be an asset to her hunters collection) making her upset if Artemis doesn’t take her (maybe). Then our MC if she falls into to deep mess up her chance of being in Artemis hunters ( which we could make her feel like we mess up her chance, that we have all this power and can do whatever we want and didn’t care about what she wanted). So Calpyso didn’t really care about the trials, and she could be a RO that ends in tragic ( idk I’m guessing, then got loss after writing 
)

I would say the one(s) still living would make it double so.
I figure it would take a release of imense power to bestow self immortality which would burn out the mortal body before the needed changes could take place, leaving the bearer as a pile or ashes (or a dessicated hulk) for the attempt.
You set yourself up for this.
Nothing beats a good old hammer to the face.

I don’t remember any stories where he’s done that to the daughters he sired. And I don’t think even he would want to piss off his brothers by trying to seduce their Bearer child.
