In the process of writing this post, I made tabs after #. Something must’ve gone wrong.
To share code you need to use pre-formatted blocks.
Open and close pre-formatted blocks with three back-ticks:
```
/your code here/
```
Alternatively, you can click the code symbol on the editor box. It looks like this: </>
.
But what if I’m using IDE ?
I don’t think I understand the issue? What about the IDE?
If you wrote your code like this it we could try to figure out what the problem is. (Note that there are no indentations)
I quickly got up from my futon mattress and charged for the door, not caring for the hourglass standing next to me, it was far too late for gathering school supplies.

Sorry, I didn’t voice my concerns correctly. Most people I know use Notepad, so I just wanted to know if your solution works for ChoiceScript IDE as well.
It looks more like this
I quickly got up from my futon mattress and charged for the door, not caring for the hourglass standing next to me, it was already too late for gathering the school supplies.

I used spaces for this post because tabs don’t work as they should for some reason.
Dammit. No matter how many time I try to correct it, the post simply isn’t showing the spaces.
In order for us to be able to understand what the problem is, you must post your code in the format @cup_half_empty explained, if you don’t post it that way we cannot understand what the problem is…
Me was big dum dum. Me understand now. Me sorry.
When posting your code press the circled option.

YAY! It works now haha.
CSIDE quicktest says this might be your problem:
Error: startup line 5: Illegal mixing of spaces and tabs; this line has a space, but there were tabs on line 4
Btw don’t pay attention to those (increase x)
Those are just my reminderes
Yeah, that’s the same thing my IDE is saying
I replaced your tabs with spaces. It should work now.

Thank you so much! I’m still learning so I deeply appreciate every remark I can get. Can I reward you with something? You know, like those rewards on reddit and steam?
No need, just mark the thread as answered.
