Theyāre not related, but Gabriel and the default Smiley do know each otherā¦ As in the Default Smiley knows who Gabriel is.

No, when the MC becomes anyone else besides Smiley at the start, the Smiley is played by Ray Olson. He has a bit more role than just at the prologue, as he and Gabriel has a bit of history.

A bit of update as to whatās going on. I am delaying any fixes to the game until I get the finished copy edit from HG so I can apply them without further conflict. As for Afar: Mad World, Iām now focusing to finish the 2nd chapter, alongside another project I cannot say what it is yet. Though it is not a game, I thinkā¦
I do have a bit of a question though, and Iām sort of scared of posting it in a new thread but perhaps someone here would help me. Is there going to be anymore ChoiceScipt contest going on?

Iāve finally finished Carlyās short story after a month of delay. I am terribly sorry for not giving any updates, I have no excuse for being a terrible procrastinator and bogged down with work.

Looks really nice! I really enjoy the ādisable randomizationā mechanic, makes up for the randomization problem in testing and others.

Well, they have finished the copyedit and sent me the files, but there is some complications. Thereās a scene I seriously have to review and rewrite, and a few things I have to pull out of the game, some are purely out of my own choice.
But my co-writer is unable to work with me as of the time being so Iāll be doing things on my own. Rest assured, everything is fine, and we will be working to our hardest to finish the revision and get it to publish.
