I havenāt done the Detective Path, and it does sound interestingā¦ but I really like Gabriel and would like to romance himā¦ as far as I can tell, the Detective Path isnāt worth my time if I canāt romance Gabrielā¦

But with what romanceable reward? The only other people I find interesting are Rook, which is definitely a no go for the Detective Path, and Justin, which is just a no go for my female MC, regardless of whether sheās doing the Detective Path or notā¦
The drama in the Detective Path is very enticing, but if I canāt get a kiss or hug (non deadly ones, I mean) from Gabrielā¦ it just seems a bit dullā¦ but thatās just my opinion. Sorry if I offended you, that was not my intent!

As of the current moment? The only way for it not to happen is to not be an undercover copā¦ but Mouse can continue to live even though youāre an undercover cop, and you can still continue to romance her

Well, first off, I felt absolutely horrible when I was writing Mouseās possible death.
You can save them by carrying as much first aid kit as you can before chapter 4. And when the time comes, come to her aid and apply the the first aid kit. She instead of dying completely, she will go into a temporary coma. Donāt worry, sheāll wake up sooner or laterā¦

Unless you get that bug where itll act like you didnt do that, even though you did I forgot to ss for you. Sometimes itās hard to break away during that scene sometimes.
