You need a higher relationship, but even then, sometimes the relationship stat goes haywire and reduces itself.

You can try using one of the easier difficulties and see if that helps

I don’t know why you can’t choose to romance them. You should be able to, by all accounts aside from the fact that your relationship needs to be above 50%
I’ll lower the necessary relationship requirements…

Great update though a couple things need looking at:
Incognito / Obvious stat is haywire and leans way too far on obvious (was around 100% for a large portion of the game despite keeping low profile)
I can’t romance Avelyne like I used to. Wasn’t given the option in the beginning like before. Also getting an 80 before the last romance prompt is a bit excessive.
Couldn’t give RO the “Aria” diamond ring. Your character pockets it if you decide to keep it. The ruby that Gab references can be given to RO so that part’s good.
Certain Rifles have disappeared. Wasn’t sure if that was part of the copyright situation you mentioned earlier.
Will bulk up with Kaz to “Muscular” through one session

Mine was above 50. I got it all the way up to 42% by time the first chance came to romance her and it never popped up for me.
I’ll have two number 9s, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45s, one with cheese, and a large soda.

If you’ve been training since before you hangout with him, this is supposed to happen.
Also, certain body types will cause you to level up your body stat even without working out before the hangout.

Due to the ammount of errors I’ve been getting I’m trying to find a fix for the stats fluctuation before I end up updating a patch that includes all the fixes so far.

To be clear, I was the “Athlete” body type and hadn’t worked strength once. This may be what you mean but I’m just making it clear what my situation was.

I’ve decided to add more requirements when it comes to body building.
So I decided to delete my previous saved files 
because I still can’t hangout with Rook, for some reason 
. Anyways, I started from the beginning… it’s going to take me about three days to finish the playthroughs because I have work… anyways (again), I couldn’t help but notice that when I turned off the randomization… thing… it didn’t seem to turn off once the game started…

I’ve decided to just go through the entire game myself and see if it’s as bad as everyone says. So once I’m done with that, I’ll post a patch update
