Autumn Winds - A Pride and Prejudice adaptation (81K Words)

Yes, everything you are saying makes sense, so do not worry. You are right that for me it feels a bit off because in the Regency era a romance like that would be highly improbable. However, the option to add her as an RO comes from the interest people have in Charlotte.

Given the case we are taking with the story of the Celtic MC, which dates back to the time after the Roman presence on the island ended, it is worth noting that they were Brigantes who practiced exogamy. Christianity eventually finished laying the foundations for this, so they basically did not marry among themselves to maintain power. This might have happened within the cultural island that the kingdom’s possessions became, but the kingdom was not small enough to lead to endogamy. In the worst case scenario, there would have been marriages with those from Wales, Picts from Scotland, or the Irish.

Author this is very a good game and you write very beautiful. I have a question, after you finish the update will the ball chapter be completed and included to the update? Sorry for my bad English

honestly, i would shelve charlotte as a maybe, you can add her once the game is completed as a dlc ro, or maybe the story will end up not going the way that would suit having a charlotte as a ro.

keep her in mind as you write, but do not commit to her until you yourself feel like adding her. if thats after the game is written as a “dlc”, in the middle of story and go back to add her scenes in or never. i think this is like the most “glass half-full” compromise we can have at this stage

Once this update and demo release are finished, the Netherfield section will follow, and finally the ball. I am handling chapter 1 in three sections.

If you do decide to have Charlotte as a romantic interest (that would be awesome) I believe the following is a very wholesome declaration of love. Feel free to use it if you want.

“I do not offer you charity, Charlotte. For you are a lady noble and high in the only ways that matter. You have my heart; I ask only for yours. Should you give it, I promise to protect and preserve it with all that I have.”

While I believe the discussion is all well and good just being able to play an aristocratic MC with the variety of perks that are available to us is plenty fun, specially the celtic route completely blew me away but of course I’m sure I will like the Anglo Saxon or Norman backgrounds quite a lot as history tends to capture those that give it a chance, the more ROs the greater challenge so as others did repeating the warning here, it’s amazing having options that make sense for the MC or don’t if you wanna cause the scandal but the setting for me absolutely sells it though reserving my opinion regarding the romance for when we actually get it.

Keep pushing writer, our interest is fully on your story, have fun and bring us the best version you can mate!
