Another thing I wanted to say was the fact that I love the way you present the environment and our different surroundings. It really feels as though one has been transported to the regency era and gives a vivid description of the lifestyle of different people during those times.

hi i read your story and i have to say i was fascinated it’s really beautiful and promising i can’t wait to know how it continues, i wanted to ask you who are the ROs in the story? i know that elizabeth and jane are theoretically engaged with darcy and bingley, but are they still ROs? how would it end for darcy and bingley in that case if we decide to choose one of the two? sorry that’s a lot of questions but i’m incredibly curious and i hope you understood everything because i’m italian and english is not exactly my first language so i hope i expressed myself well

If you choose to romance Lizzie, Darcy would get engaged to his cousin and if you romance jane, Bingley and Georgina get together.

I love your writing process, you can tell how much research you do.
You probably don’t need it with all the research you do, but I’m going to leave this here, in case it is useful-
I don’t live in England, and I don’t live in a temperate country
I sadly do live in England. The good news is I’m a 30 minute drive away from fancy old manors. The bad news is British life is not like a regency novel…instead its full of binge drinking, Primark sales, and rain…lots of rain.
It never properly snows here (unless you live in Scotland), it’s never properly warm and sunny (unless you live on the South coast). It’s just “meh” with different types of rain - Winter sleet, confusing sporadic Spring rain, heavy Summer rain, etc. If you ever need someone to check the accuracy of a “meh” temperate country climate, I’ll happily oblige.
You mentioned fantasising about Autumn. Ironically no one here I know appreciates our Autumn, which is mostly just more rain and soggy damp leaves that slowly turn into a mushy mulch. Instead my friends and I all fantasise about Fall in America ala Gilmore Girls and New England…

That dialogue is directly from Jane Austen’s original novel, which is why it seems poorly written, but that’s how they wrote back then. In the demo there are many dialogues that use this idea but without trying to sound too archaic - just enough to be readable. I’m really glad you like the writing.

Wow, it does seem pretty meh, but I like the rain, so that’s something. Well, I think I forgot to mention that almost always when I think of autumn, I think of American autumn in Oregon. I really wouldn’t know what European or Japanese autumn (紅葉) is like. Thanks for the links with information, they’ll help me a lot to review information for the demo.

Is this like a side project ? Because in the intro of the demo it said there was another project which you were working on and that was you pretty much starting from scratch.

Yes, this is a side project, my main project is called the Visastrion, it’s medieval fantasy I’m stuck with worldbuilding and it gave me a bit of melancholy IRL, so I started doing Autumn Winds, I had the project in mind since 2024 and the demo was just Bingley in his carriage. Three months ago I was going through the cog projects on my laptop and found Autumn Winds which at the time was just Autumn and it seems at that point I had already forgotten about this one, so I replayed the old demo and liked it and felt intrigued so I started writing Autumn Winds.

That’s pretty cool and I hope you complete this wip because it seems like it has a lot of potential. As for the major project, I’m really excited about that too because it seems like you give a lot of importance to the environment and surroundings when writing which I love about your stories.

Prolly would depends on what your definition of redeemable would be.
I don’t think she will suit a humble and kind mc that much but I could prolly see her rocking it with an absolutely classist mc.

I have a question I am playing as a humble and kind marquis and I have decided not to say about my title at the ball because I am convinced that it is my friend bingley who deserves to be the center of attention, so Jena and Elizabeth will not know about my title will it be possible to tell them in the future? and when they know will they behave differently?

Yes, the information about who you are transcends after the assembly, making everyone realize the next day who you are. And yes, Jane and Elizabeth will treat you with more deference if you’re a marquess.
