I know what they are, I just don’t read them, prefer the simplicity of watching em.
Dark Stalker’s comment made me think of something. If most Umbra wear red so enemies do dot see them bleed, then wouldn’t the master Umbra wear white? For if an opponent has managed to injure them then they deserve to see the fruit of their hard work. Terrible for sneaking around I know, but the master Umbra could find a way around it.
It was a joke I’m not sure if umbras do wear red.
If you noticed when speaking to the sages, they wear white mask particularly noting that other umbrians of lower rank wear black perfect for sneaking in, one who have mastered the art of remaining unseen wearing white…i sense an unnecessarily long and complicated response coming on…
Ignore that point. As it goes uniform are not mandatory its simply the norm. Even some divines might enjoy wearing white aided with some smoke bombs to appear like a ghost.
But I see your point, but think about it if the blood just gets absorbed you won’t be able to see what damage you did either way, wouldn’t that make it useless then?
-random note their are neutral zones made for ukbra and divines, some things the other has and the other need does need to be traded at times, such as information for supplies/gear. And so on.
It’s cool how umbra and divine have become more of factions instead of just play styles. Nice work

Hiding in plain sight works more than trying to find a spot they’ll never look. At least from what I’ve seen in my time. It’s always the one spot right under your nose that you’ll miss and not search

Very true. It always seems to be that if you hide in the shadows or somewhere clever they’ll eventually find you. Since when you are searching for someone you think of all the places you’d hide so they end up finding you. However no one really expects it when you’re right beside them. Hmm sounds like an assassination plan. If a body is found you act like you’ll protect your target while everyone’s searching for you then boom!

How do you guys picture the assassin war? In the litteral sense how do you guys think a war between trained killers are fought.
Tipping off the guardians spies, turning into poisoness spiders, random body bags in the trash
And taking out each others clients
While contemplating my position on the Umbra vs Divine debate I think I’m changing my position. I used to be Umbra/neutral for the focus on power but that can get so boring. I would rather be a charmer/neutral that kills for the sake of killing. An eccentric assassin that fights for the WEED!~
I kill simply because it amuses me.
Well that depends how all out the war would be.if it was immediate then I imagine the two groups clashing in the sanctuary head on in a massive bloodbath.

O.o, you must tell is what happened raz, I simply must have the details.
It was…very strange to say the least. I had tried to get at a noble in his mansion but by the time I got there he was already dead. The servants and guards were running around like angry hornets. I had to make my way out of the mansion. I almost made it out flawlessly when a servant saw me and called the guards. I had to run and jump down a stairwell to get away. Sadly I had underestimated how far this stairwell went. I fell for what seemed like hours when I felt something grab my hand and slowed my decent to a slight hover. I looked up at my rescuer and saw a girl. Maybe 28 or so. Black cloak but her hair was as white as snow. Eyes were a deep shade of red. She had two daggers on her hips but didn’t move for them when we got to the bottom. Instead she smiled and said “Welcome to the graveyard of assassins.” I looked around and saw I was in a massive cave. I was bewildered to say the least since I had just been in a mansion not five minutes ago. I tried to speak but no words came to me. I looked around and saw specters. Some alone and shrouded in darkness,others grouped together with light shining upon them, and some who simply appeared to be in the middle. All at once my breath came back to me and I could finally speak. “Does that mean I’m dead?” she laughed at this and shook her head. “No you’re not dead. However for the moment you’re not among the living either.” She looked into my eyes and I knew that this was no ordinary assassin. Her eyes seemed to glow as she looked at me. “I brought you here because I feel you are worthy to meet the one who even the sages fear.” she started walking deeper into the cavern and beckoned for me to follow her. My legs seemed to move on their own volition and followed her. She led me to the darkest room in the cave and even my eyes, who’ve become accustomed to the dark, couldn’t see anything clearly. I heard her giggle and the room started to glow with an odd purple light as mist fills the room. It illuminated the girl who was staring at me now and a creature so terrifying that even a sage would tremble before it. A maw of sharp teeth was revealed as it spoke. It’s voice rumbling throughout the room. “You’re here at last,Assassin.” They both started to speak in unison. “We are the two halves of your order. We are Asura. And you have been chosen.” All at once the light is gone and I awaken.
Ta da. There you have it. After that encounter I had to change my profile to match my reaction.

Yes I do. I remember dreams from back when I was 6 dreams are the best. Nightmares…not so fun with the imagination I have.
