Well origins are very diff…I’m sure you know of the many diff versions though…but the one I like best is the dragons dogma version

I actually know only one origin, and thats the mixing of creatures in full metal alchemist. Other then that…none. I played dragon dogma for about 15 minutes before the game was lost. So you’ll have to explain that one.

@Arcania the best chimera origin story is the greek one…its the joining of lion,goat, and snake…offspring of Typhon and Enchidia…it has body of lion…tail of snake…and slightly below shoulders is the head of the goat…also head of lion
on of thr versions is rhat the gods created chimeras as war beasts to fight for them on earth because they couldn’t material8se.on earth anymore

Do Chimeras have certain abilities? Is there a way to control them? Where are their natural habitats? What do they eat Are there any other legends on them?
Well if I were you id go with dragons dogma version…they dwell deep in forests…more active at night…in DD version the lion is physical…goat casts magic…snake spams poison mist…and idk about control but in the game they obeyed the dragon…also they eat anything smaller or weaker that said they are fairly large

I just temember tha5 the lion breaths fire and thr snake tail’s poision kills anything
All the creatures were made with the dragon…but they were made by god- also the lion had a roar…not really a breathe that forced knockdown
why nit say that they are an expermient from mages that went wrong. after creatibg them they kilked their creatirs and fled through the wilderness
because makes the mages seem like alchemist…hmmm could just have an unknown past…only 1-3 left in existence…and some other features @alexxo97 and @ChimeraLord , yea I’ll mix both abilities together. Perhaps give them speech ^-^
@ChimeraLord all the better for our dear assassins. I want to add save and autosave to the game, but with closing the paths and continuing the story I just don’t have the time. If I could find someone to aid in that while I continue the story, my troubles would be solve
^ That connects according to scenes with the chimera, finding a way past them and possibly receiving certain things, although possibly usually ending in death…starting over and coming back there can be quite a hassle.
