Maybe I’m too late about the spells…but what about Eternal Nightmare…basically assassin makes you live your ultimate nightmare…which slowly makes you insane…until he/she feels like stopping it…really it can do many things…it will kill you-caster can decide intensity lvl…low…moderate…extreme…but like I said it can be used for sabotage as well as combat

@alexxo97 Please include-long , mid, and short range. Also a double scythe hmm my only problem with scythes are their size. Incapable use by divine assassins. And even remaining in the shadows with such a large weapon can be a problem.
The thing about kunais and shurikan is that they are so well known that I was going for replacement policy, using a tomahawk, and that thrown disc weapon that works the same as shurikens yet a bit better. I’m alright with smoke bombs. And claws will do just fine. Kusarigama is fitting, after all it is the japanese form of a scythe.

@ChimeraLord It’s never too late for spells =p. Eternal Nightmare…that can be implemented…probably have to go in forbidden spells…the issue with that is two things 1)finding a down side and 2)spells are also meant to be able to be used by others hard to use on the MC without knowing their fears.
I have a set called hunter set , basically it capitalizes on setting traps preparing ahead for enemies and long ranged combat
Long range :bow,tomahawk,blow darts
Middle:double daggers,short sword,
Close range :hands, daggers , garrote
Armor :Brown tough leather dyed black and grey very breathable and allows movement but is tough in battle
Also double crossbow for open combat
I don’t think I’ll be allowing armour, due to loss of current uniform = loss of healing ability, one that makes the game not have instant deaths due to mass bleeding…
I can se the garot used as a trap, and use if bow, perhaps tomahawk, but where are the traps and such.
Else if your sticking simply with the hunters theme then its perfect

Also, when the sage launches me the fire iIwould love a third way like surround my self with a poisonous myst like shield. Its a way without words of say Sage i m not a puppet i would up and maybe could be useful for you. my idea of the assassins could be very simmilar to the order in Bioware game jade emblem. So funny i sabotage everyone .

Poison mist doesn’t protect you at all. It is an attack measure if the fire or another spell reaches it explode damaging your attacker
