To be fair, Random, I’m with you, when I think assassin I think a “you’re dead before you even know I’m here” type like a ninja or assassin’s creed.
Now what I'd like to recommend is a gameplay choice cribbed from Dishonored or Deus Ex where you can do stealth runs, or kill everything in sight like the angel of death.
If nothing else, more replay value, unless there are missions which are specifically stealth runs or public spectacles.
Heh heh I did kinda overdo it there didn’t I. Was working on a full on sorcerer or mage only point of view and a separate assassin story, and thought why not mix them together, kinda brought over the full on summoning, but I gotta admit a bit overboard. And as for companions. Yes a full on group like that wasn’t set up correctly.
And having those things contradict. It was late at night when I was finishing up the demo. I’ll have that fixed to a better understanding along with grammar afterwards. And again move the demo to be an intro for the actual story or just take it out altogether.
As for the purple dire-wolves… I simply couldn’t think of a new, yet strange creature that would be found in such a place. A regular wolf, nothing difficult. As for the fur, it was to play the part for it’s fur to be easy to set on fire. But purple was a bit too random.
@Arcania Maybe call them Coyotes? I kind of pictured that than wolves.
@trollhunterthethird Hehheh, when ever I think of coyotes i think of road runner in the dessert, brings back good childhood memories =p. but hmm thinking of taking dires out altogether and using an entirely different creature. One that stays in pacts, but can blend in the shadows for it’s prey.
Something along the lines of what would naturally be a perfect pet/familiar for an assassin. But sadly undomesticatable.

Lol, so as a scene let’s say. You run into a creature, or surrounded by a group of dusk blaezes we’re gonna have to work on that…?I like the dusk part though =p but second part sort of a tongue twisterish…
