As the title states, I’m opening up commissions! I generally work digitally, and my style is anime-based (my icon is my art!) My prices can vary depending on if it’s fullbody, half, bust, Chibi etc. But the general range I charge can be anywhere from $5 USD to $250+ I can draw most things! But I have a lot of experience in character work, muscular bodies (exaggerated or realistic), and clothing. My backgrounds are still pretty novice since this is just a hobby for me, but I’m willing to create those as well! I have a query for you. Ages and ages ago – as a _ **kid** _, even! – I saved the following text file about an imaginary creature I thought up: _ **Glat.TXT** _ _ **SOMEDAY, I intend to write a Sci-Fi** _ _ **children’s story called "Kenny’s** _ _**Glat" (this is simply a phonetic**_ _ **Spoonerism for the phrase "Glenny’s** _ _ **Cat," in whose honor I will write the** _ _**story), about a little boy named**_ _ **Kenny, and his adventures with a pet** _ _ **“Glat” that an alien once gave him.** _ _ **I imagine a “Glat” to be a roughly** _ _ **oval-shaped alien creature about ten** _ _ **inches long, six inches wide, and** _ _ **four inches high, with short, soft,** _ _ **silky, banana-yellow fur, no tail, a** _ _ **wide, soft, flabby, toothless mouth** _ _ **with a long, green, and prehensile** _ _ **tongue. Six short stubby legs with** _ _**three opposable (dull) equidistant**_ _ **purple claws on each leg. It has large,** _ _ **keen, pointed orange ears with floppy** _ _ **tips, able to hear both infra- and** _ _ **ultrasound, a VERY acute empathic** _ _ **awareness, and three eyestalks at** _ _ **one end that can aim in any direction** _ _ **and can move independently of one** _ _ **another, each one with a single** _ _ **large, keen, vivid crimson eye** _ _ **that can see both infrared and** _ _ **ultraviolet. And, if ever I wrote the actual story, how much would you then charge to surrender your copyright? ---

The price would vary depending on if you’d want it in full color or not, but something like that would be something I’d probably make multiple sketches of until I made something that would fit what you’re imagining. I feel like in this case since I’m technically not making a design from the ground up, I wouldn’t charge anything for copyright– But I think based on the Glat’s description, and the time it may take to nail this lil guy down, I’d say around $50 - $80 USD depending on the coloration (aka flat colors, fully painted, or just linework etc) 🫡
