My current work in progress interactive fiction piece is called “Lucidity”. While the title is a work in progress, the story arc is getting fleshed out as I create several background pieces.

The demo and much more detailed information can be found in the official thread

The game I’m working on is about 25% complete. The working title is “It Came From The Backyard”, but it will likely be changed to something else by time the beta version is complete. I estimate it will take 3-6 months for me to submit it.

Summary: You are one of two sentient flowers born in a laboratory. The other flower escapes, and you know it’s only a matter of time until you will need to do the same. Use subterfuge, brute force, or allies to claim your freedom, then learn how to survive in the real world. Will you try to put down roots somewhere safe, or go on a quest to find your long lost flower buddy?

I am working on a game called “Savior”.

This is the year 2062. Our Plantet, earth is in Danger. Splinter and his forces are taking over Earth. In our pity to do nothing to save our planet, he has given us 168 hours to prepare an Army. A savior. You are humanity’s last chance. You are our savior. We know you are thinking, “why the heck am I your savior?” Your Grand father was. Your Father was. And you will be. You are the third Generation of your family, who will wear the Rysis Suit. But, the question is, can you keep it? can you become, The Savior?

But you won’t do it alone. A team called “Dark Slayers” will help you on your quest.

I am writing a Science Fiction game, called the Winds of Aeolus, about a man/woman whose life promptly falls apart in a series of unexpected events. As a citizen of the Democratic Alliance, he finds himself drawing unwanted attention as he is placed on the DA’s “most wanted list.” His life becomes a day-to-day struggle for survival, as he seeks to find an answer for what is happening to him - only to find out that it is much, much bigger than he ever dreamed of.

This will be a game based on stats, abilities, etc. I have already written a quick draft of Chapter 1 - Aboard the Amphion-12. I’m really excited about it so far. More to come…

Perhaps in the future, I might have a thread for the game, under its title, but until then… I will almost certainly be asking for help in the near future, with coding - so if you like, PM me please. In advance, thank you for your time and kindness. This not being my job, I will be taking a bit of time with this project, so expect at the latest a year until release.

I’m working on a game called “The Steampunk Clock Worker.” As the title says, it will be a steampunk genre, with vague Victorian themes and possibly some gaslamp fantasy flares. The reader gets to play as a clock worker, who is a government officer that makes sure that time-counting runs correctly and doubles as a mechanic. And one day, the reader’s home (AKA, the local clocktower) gets raided by pirates, and the player gets dragged into various adventures that slowly reveal what posh AU!Victorian society has been hiding, and eventually the player must pick sides.

I’m still ironing out how I want to lead this story, but I’m hoping to get the story down-packed and then I can start writing/coding. I hope to get to that part soon, and I know that I will need plenty of help, especially since I’m completely new to this sort of things and my writing is amateur at best. I’ll probably make a thread for the game later, once I get an idea on how exactly I’m going to be doing this.

I have recently started work on a College/University simulator, going under the working name “You Go To College”. I have just begun working so it is quite a distance from being done. I decided on a college simulator as I think it lends itself to choicescript and I noticed a few people on the forum ask for it. Also I’m new here

I always loved the CYOA books as a kid in the 80s, and now that I’ve discovered CoG on my Android, I’m thrilled to be able to read/play them. I have no programming experience, although I did learn enough to write 2 IGMs for the classic door game Legend of the Red Dragon, so I feel pretty confident I can (eventually) write a complete game with ChoiceScript.

My drive for writing a game is that I play in a couple of D&D campaigns and the itch is hitting me to run one of my own as a DM. But honestly, its hard as an adult with a family to find the time to write out the adventure AND coordinate everyone’s schedule to get together and play the game…I feel lucky if I can make it to 75% of the sessions for the 2 games I play.

So what better way to satisfy my crave for storytelling than with ChoiceScript! I’ve already had alot of scenes, plot hooks, history, and geography of my homebrew fantasy world for a couple of years, so this would make a great outlet for me.

It will feature the traditional fantasy races (such as Dwarf and Elf) and be set in the traditional sword & sorcery continuum…but of course, there will be things that stand out as being different from genuine D&D.

I do have a couple of stories in mind that is similar to Choice of Broadsides, but instead of a Royal Navy man, you are a pirate and your dream is to become one of the ten pirate lords of the world, maybe even the greatest!

The other is a D&D sorta thing, which I love to do, and I do have a lot of ideas, though not as much as the former.

As I said I have the stories sorta planned out. I don’t get to work on it a lot because I am starting college so I am unsure when it will be done.

I’ve begun writing TAKEN: A Dark Faerie Tale.

This adventure is set in modern times, but most of it doesn’t occur on Earth. Instead the bulk of the story occurs in the twilight Realm of Dreams where humanity’s brightest dreams and darkest nightmares dwell side by side, and occasionally even in the same being. And sometimes the nightmares aren’t content to stay nightmares, sometimes they reach into the waking world and grab some unsuspecting child…

You start as a small child who is kidnapped and whisked away to that section of the Realm of Dreams known as Arcadia by lackeys of a wicked Faerie Queen/King. There you’re forced into servitude, and over time transformed into something that is neither human nor fae, but something in between, a changeling. Do you rebel against your inhuman captors, risking dire punishments and worse? Or do you play along hoping to find an opportunity to escape? or perhaps even to earn the favor of your breathtakingly beautiful/handsome, but highly capricious, sidhe mistress/master?

I’ve begun writing my first game, “Slime Quest.” In it, you will assume the role of a lowly slime monster in a magical fantasy setting. Over the course of the game, you will try to forge a mighty slime kingdom after facing a great tragedy which left you (and many other slimes) homeless.

I should have a demo up fairly soon.

I am working on a game called Medieval Moments. An adventure from the viewpoint of a soldier living in 14th century England. It will have both historical and fictional events and I plan to make it mostly non linear.

The thread for the game is http://www.choiceofgames.com/forum/discussion/2390/medieval-moments-wip/p1

I have posted a half completed demo. It should be completed soon and you can have a full feel of the choices and their impact.

I’m currently doing a game called “The Crimson Company”, about a mercenary group in a medieval low-fantasy setting and its participations in the conflicts of the ream, big and small.

The player will choose a character from varied places and, along with having many endings, the game will also have many beginnings.

I’m currently with 1/3 of the project done, i think.

Eh, oops the cart got ahead of the horse. I am currently working on an high fantasy that centers on the MC an effin elf, and there journey when fate takes interest in them. Where the journey will take the MC on their sojourn will help define their would later on.

Twists of Fate( Not sure about the title but had to call it something).

I’m writing a game called Choice of Rebels, an interactive fantasy novel in which you lead a rebellion against the oppressive Karagond Empire.

I’ve created a game. Its pretty good, even if its a bit short. Much like paranoia in formatting. I’m working on trying to Choice of Games to host it. No such as luck, I’m still awaiting a response…

Anyway here it is.

Right now, I’m writing a game called Heroes: Taking Up The Mantle. It’s a Super Hero game that’s hopefully more of a tribute to Marvel and DC comics than an actual rip-off. It’s nowhere near done, but check out what I’ve got so far.

Hello! I’m currently working on something a bit more ambitious – it’ll play more like an rpg than a ‘choose your own adventure’ type of game. It’ll feature random events and plenty of variables.

Inspired by the Academagia game created for the PC, my game centers around a school for witches and wizards. The player enters their first year at the academy, is assigned to 1 of 6 colleges (similar to the house system from the HP series), makes friends and enemies, embarks on adventures and attends class, develops relationships with faculty members, learns skills, and maybe even discovers secrets about the island that the school is situated on, or finds opportunities to study the two forbidden schools of magic.

My plan is to have the game play out using a calendar system, where you choose things to do each day of the school year. There are mini adventures that you can embark on, with one overarching main plot.

Any thoughts?

Hi everybody! So I have started progress on my game “The Highest Office”
Here’s a brief description from my game ideas thread:

You play as a character at the bottom of the political pole (such as mayor) and have the chance to work your way up the political positions such as governor, senator until you have the chance to run for the presidency and possibly 4-8yrs afterward. The people you meet and the connections you make along the way would decide if you win. You would have the chance to make campaign promises that would try and accomplish at each level and see the results. All countries would be completely fictional.

I’ve starting planning and writing a game called “Secret of the Ancients.” It’s a fantasy style game where the hero has to find a cure for a mysterious sickness plaguing his village and in the process learn the secret at the heart of this world. It will have factions and multiple endings based on which faction you join and what choices you make.

Hello the game that I am currently writing is called ‘High School Life’

It is effectively a high school simulation with a plot, ideally it would be a series of 4 games - one for each year of high school.

Throughout the game you will be able to choose your classes and extra-curricular activities as well as one of 3 well developed romance options. Not much written so far but there is a demo up
