Yes witch hunters are the main reason the Night Coven dislikes humans and the other reason is because of how humanity treats one another in wars and such. For example when white humans enslaved African people and thought lowly of them, during that same time witches thought of witches of different skin colors as one thing. Witches. They didn’t see anything different with them, to the Night Coven no matter their skin color they were witches no matter what. So the Night Coven would find and free all colored witches while the White saved both witch and human colored people. So long enology is they don’t like humans for Witch hunters and humans treating other humans.
And to answer your second question… the White Coven did prophesied you would unite humans and witches in perfect harmony, and witch hunters are human lol.

Well right now your MC isn’t part of a Coven so it’s fine to “explore” your options. But it’s absolutely forbidden between members of different Covens to date or even marry each other. This is one reason why your parents ran away your mother was a Night witch while your father was a White. So yes they would and they would give you a potion that would kill your feelings for that person: side effects of that potion include losing the ability to live entirely.

Yes the potion is just for people who can’t stay away from that person.
