The Choosing Ceremony the most important day of a young witches life. For on this day a witch will choose which Coven they shall belong to for the rest of their life. Choosing between the Covens of White and Night on the night when the moon is half in light and half in darkness. For some witches it is a simple decision but for others it is a agonizing choice. For if the witch chooses the Coven opposite of their family they will no longer be a part of that family. Ever. So it has been written by the founders of the Covens Eve the White Witch and Lailah Witch of the Night.
Which Coven will you choose?
Lol hey guys was writing the ruff draft of the Choosing ceremony today and thought it would be fun to just show off the Covens lol. Kind of like a tour.
So first we shall take a tour of the White Coven:
First we see the housing were Witches who have either no place to go or have chosen the White Coven over there family’s Night Coven live:
The witches who live here live a simple but comfortable life. Witches live here until they reach the age of 18 where they may live out on their own or may continue to live here for school or to become care takers for the younger witches living there.
Witches are expected to follow the rules of the Coven and also keep up there studies in both school and magic.
The Covens gatherings take place here:
To the outside world it looks like a Baptist Church but it is a sacred house for White Witches.
Next Night Coven!
First we see not just the Coven building itself but also where young witches with no where to go/ left family of White Coven live:
To the outside world this building is a hotel/country club for the rich. But in reality it is a sacred building for the Night Coven. The children who have left their families or are orphaned live in the 5 star hotel rooms on the upper floors. Room service completely provided. FOR FREE!!! The stronger the witches magic the better their room is. Witches live here until the age of 18 were they may leave or stay to help the younger witches.
Witches are expected to follow the Coven rules and also keep up there study’s in magic. They do not care about your study’s in school because magic can always fix your grades.
Next we see were the Night Coven host their gatherings. Food and drinks provided at each gathering:

So far the night coven seems better. They have a much better place to live in and they can use their power for everything they wish. You can kill your enemies and make justice with those who bullied you earlier, and in the end sort of rule the world as well.

lol I guess the only catch is that only the room service applies for your MC lol. Remember the rooms are for witches that left there family to be Night Coven Witches or are orphaned/no where to go.
Your aunt is a Night Coven witch sooooooo choose the Night Coven just means you have access to the Covens sanctuary but still live with your aunt.

I was planning to join the White Coven but Night Coven’s house looks SO MUCH COOLER. I don’t know what to do now lol
I’m not sure if I asked it before, but tell me, is it possible to, for example, join the White Coven but act like a rebel? Like, a “chaotic good” archetype?

But in all seriousness, I tend to agree with a lot of what the White Coven stands for, but the entire black and white morality (no pun intended) makes me want to create a coven that is more grey. Somewhere that is okay with you using your powers to improve your life, as long as you aren’t harming anyone, be them witch or human. A place that cares for both human and witch lives, but does not expect it’s members to instantly put there life at stake for the sake of others.
