I’m going to try my hand at your pic too, @Pale_Strider. It’s a great pic for a coloring project.

yeah just a spot of fun right

maybe next week i will put up another one :-?

Make it a weekly thing, lol

Nooooooo I would never find time for my game. Lol

I want a @Pale_Strider coloring book.

Hehe that would be very cool

And crazy easy to accomplish lol
But now I find myself considering it… Pale Striders user made games coloring book
Well a better name would be needed but still doable lol

The Unofficial CoG coloring book, and it has pictures for different CoG games that people can color in. And maybe a few sketches here and there.

Choose your own colors i pay for that game!

Well not counting my comics I have done over 12 different pictures for games on here so far
Not to mention all the stuff I have offline
And the untold fortunes that dwell in the deepest reaches of my mind

And the best part of all I DON’T HAVE TO COLOR IT IN ya ha ha ha!
I like this idea good one Farside

Like that long walker would be hard
But a cute little puppy would be easy
So there could be a kids version and an adult version

Obviously, you’d have to ask the various authors if they would allow their pictures to be featured, and maybe you could include rough uncolored and uninked sketches for whatever games strike your fancy.

If you do this I’d contribute some work too.

I don’t even know what I would do lol
I can draw but this is an unknown, sounds fun though
And a good use for lazy drawings
They just sit there in piles gathering dust
With all the stuff I have been doing lately I have a whack o concept sketches for the things I did
Like when I was doing the Megaloids for dare to dream I drew out and finished the Adanna model then started a new one right away nobody even wolfwriter has seen that first Adanna pic lol

Anybody have any ideas of how this could work ?

Think of it like a concept art books for movies. It includes all sorts of rough sketches and half-baked pictures that go into making the final product. You could show the progression of certain images from being sketches to fully drawn pictures (I’m thinking of what you did with my Kel picture here). Maybe you could do rough, new sketches of scenes from games that inspire you. Nothing inked or colored, just rough and quick.

Obviously, it wouldn’t be a physical book. And, of course, you’d have to get the consent of the authors of the respective games.

Ah I wish I had more time
Really I would do this stuff everyday if I could afford it
There was a game tyrant dawn I played it after it was just closed and man did I want to try and draw those caravans lol

Either way, I think it’s worth it to just collect the art together you’ve done so far.

It’s together in a few places

In a stack of paper in my room
On my iPad in various stages of completion
Then finished versions on my laptop
And posted on here

And maybe even saved onto strange hard drives possibly all over the world lol
After I get a graphics pad I will probably get a web site put them all there

@Pale_Strider I just did this out of pure boredom.

@Pale_Strider

Anything you do for me can be put into your artbook, I think its a cool idea! Maybe publish it for lulu let people buy it?

@trollhunterthethird

That’s an impressive image!

Any artwork you do for me you can include in your book if you’re going to do a book lol. I’d be interested in buying it if you made it. it’d also be good advertisement for COG authors.

Wow trollhunterthethird that blew me away
Really I’m shocked, somebody has some talent you captured the look perfectly
Good use of the positive and negative space
My first Fanart I’m touched
