I canât even lie. Everyone wants to get revenge on Leon by killing him or tearing Ante apart piece by piece. My MC just wants to be the âbitter exâ and make out with Eli in front of Leon. Not only are they gonna kill you and destroy everything you care about, theyâve moved on pretty quick from being the love of your life.
Leon will always be second rate to Eli. 
Even if he hadnât handed MC over to his enemies on a silver platter, when Arcadia would eventually coming knocking with Eli in tow, my MC would jump ship immediately.
I canât remember if I mentioned this before, but I wonder why Sister didnât tell the truth about Eli still being alive. All she had to do to make sure all of Param perished was tell MC Eli is alive and in trouble. If MC doesnât find them soon, theyâll die again. My MC would fall for it WITHOUT QUESTION.

I just love like⌠hilariously silly best friend/partner routes. Like, yes, they loved the golden boy⢠but we all know that the bitter little prick that is F would be the true pick for them.

While I tend to avoid ship drama/wars for the sake of my sanity, gotta admit, after interacting with Eli in book 2 the temptation to change routes is pretty strong right now, and sadly, unlike Leon, Ilya doesnât give any good reason for why our hero ought to reconsider his feelings. With the possibility of forming new relationships on the table, I do hope some drama comes up in the future, but this time just for the sake of resolution and adressing what will be a very uncomfortable elephant in the room once our old gang discovers that MC is in fact very alive.

Well itâs been like, what, two years since MC died? I hate to say it, but thereâs a chance that Ilya moved on, which on one hand, would kinda suck (guess which RO I went with), but on the other, creates more drama, shows that sheâs not still hung up on a dead person, and yâknow leaves Eli romance open.

About a year and a few months. Also If you meet Saine he will essentially say she is still mourning and hasnât moved on Iâm pretty sure all of them are worse off since then

Saineâs drinking himself half to death and as far from Param as possible, Leonâs running himself ragged on a holiday he made for MC, and Ilyaâs likely doing the same. Yep, theyâre not doing great⌠The irony that MC got over their own death faster than any of them in the same amount of time is hilarious irony though.

I have a feeling the reason why Saine chose to stay away from Param is because heâs probably pretty damn close to killing Leon or at the least, beat him to near death. Remember how he reacted at the end when Ilya found out the truth? He probably still holds onto that feeling after nearly 2 years and his drinking kind of proves it. I think it was also mentioned by author that Saine actually went to Leaf End to work for Aunt Bess for a few months without telling her who he was just so he would know how the mage lived before they met the others.

Eli does kinda do everything better than Leon. Cook, socialize, heal, and uhâŚnot murder the love of their life.
If anything is gonna make Leon crack about MC moving on to Eli within a few days of coming back to life, itâs gonna be the fact MC likes Eliâs cooking better. Well, EVERYONE will like Eliâs cooking better. Thatâs world war material. MC becoming a Helen of Troy is not something I oppose.
I asked this on Tumblr, but what do you guys think about calling Leon by his government name the next time MC sees him? Iâm praying the author puts it in the game becauseâŚ

Iâm totally doing that. Leon was one of my closest friends despite being as dense as a black hole and thinking cyanide is a type of spice, he was a guy I could always trust to have my back. Leomar is the king that had me executed, albeit ignorant of the context of the situation. I guess my death made both of us into different people.

It wouldnât surprise me if Tahlia kept that from Mireil since she obviously saw Eli as someone who she could use in the future and telling Mireil that Eli was alive would likely damage their relationship and could very well risk her trying to kill Eli a second time. So probably best to just try and keep that a secret.

Ex-lover or ex-friend, the MC being able to treat Leon coldly and call him Leomar is something many of us will appreciate. Although I was hoping my MC could say something along the line of âThe Leon I knew died long ago. You are but a murderous king who wears his face.â on top of calling him Leomar, because of what Leon said to the MC in the dungeon the night before the execution.
Anyway, love you so, so much.
