though that is a good idea for a scene for the game of the characters camping out in the forest and they make a fire while roasting marshmallows and singing campfire songs

I know I would be hella scared of all 
if I got barbecued alive once.
Just imagine:
You run into a terrifying, skilled, strong, and mysterious enemy who could totally wipe out entire armies and scrub your face on the floorâ
You use your last shred of power to conjure a small, simple, beginner-tier fireball.
And the guy runs away from you screaming like a banshee.
Yeah, thatâs how my dear ROs will recognize my MC before the mask even comes off. 
Honestly, any other characters in the story who knew how the MC died should avoid lighting a marshmallow on fire nearby or risk getting their head whacked. PTSD is a real double-edged nasty.

One of my favorites. Unfortunately a bug caused me to get stuck at the stats page when i loaded my save and i didnât have it in me to start again from the beginning so I couldnât finish it.

Itâs a bug with the save plug-in (for all games, to be clear). It happens when you save immediately after looking in the stat menu (if you are staying on the same page; going to next page and then saving seems to avoid it), so keep that in mind when saving :). I work around it by saving then checking stats and then loading the save, just to always be safe.
Iâve played WIPs too much. Iâm just now registering just how many little quirks and bugs with the save system I know so intrinsically itâs automatic.

But the update log, in the demo. Is it updated at all? I feel like theres been a few updates since it last says. I could be completely wrong, though

Hey, I actually read this fairly recently. Went all the way through into what we have of book 2. All I have to say is I love it and I have recced to people from other sites who might not have any idea of it. Absolutely love Ilya and cannot wait for my mc to meet her again. Itâs my kind of angst! I believe that technically the kind of prologue (uh, âpre-pyreâ) is considered Book 1, and after that is Book 2. I donât really get it, but thatâs how Iâve seen it referred to (despite being here reading it since the initial upload, I mustâve totally missed when that was said/explained).

It was originally supposed to be duology with what we currently have plus some extra to be book one and then a book to but the author broke it down into a trilogy sometime after that

when we were first introduced to the members of nightsaber, it was specter who they said can do a little bit of theurgy. iirc, they didnât say yusuha can as well which is why i got confused when yu started healing eli.

the scene where we got to hanza palace up until the end of our meeting with the kugen makes it look like only mc and yu were there. it looked like eli, flyss, and mirage werenât with them. and then they just started talking out of nowhere when they were walking up the stairs of the nephrite quarter.

in picking the âi let him carry on, because i sympathize with himâ option when eli was trying to save the kids, i assumed that mc sympathized with him bc he doesnât want the kids to die, not because he doesnât want father gerianâs death to be in vain. i know he didnât really want the kids to die but this paragraph just makes it seem like eli was more concerned about father gerian having a meaningless death than the kids actually dying imo

imo, the transition to chapter 9 if you choose to escape is a little off? not so smooth? idk i just think it was so sudden, like it came out of nowhere since we never saw mc and eliâs conversation about it. maybe you could add a scene in chapter 8 where they were having that conversation, why mc wanted to escape and how they would do that.

in this scene, maybe you could put an option to tell them about the arcadian accords? i know its probably pointless with tahlia and flyss since iâm pretty sure they wonât change their minds, but maybe it could get yu to start doubting, that maybe there is a peaceful way? since they donât really like their groups methods
