I think 80% does it, if you pick the corresponding option when asked HOW you try to save everyone.

If by “specialise” you mean “pick the corresponding book at the start”, no. I specialise in Enchantment, but I bump Spiritism by A LOT so fast that I can Spirit Gate all the kids and Ilya to safety.

Yup you need to pick alchemy at the start and during the fight against the beast you can pick spiritism and to save ilya, use spirit gates. During your day off, study alchemy and you are good to go.
@McGclock, your alchemy or enchantment should be at 80 or above that for you to suceed. When they ask how you are going to save the people of merdel, pick enchantment or alchemy option, whichever one you have the highest points in.

I get that, but I was asking about saving the plagued villagers of Merdel. I had my alchemy high enough that I got the option to try and save everyone, but for some reason I didn’t get the achievement. Did I do something wrong?
I do Enchantment and got the achievement. What did you pick as an option to help Ilya before that?
I chose the alchemy option to help Ilya.
Do you remember your alchemy stat? And for a high boost you need to study alchemy on your day off and pick up alchemy as specialization. I dont think you will a high enough boost even if you save ilya and use alchemy against the beast, if you didn’t pick alchemy during your first choice.
I didn’t use Enchantment against the beast or to save Ilya, still got the achievement.
@McGclock how does the story go? Do the rest of the scenes play as if you’ve saved everyone, or that you failed even trying your best?
Yes but you did pick enchantment as your favorite book and studied it during your day off right? Because otherwise, its impossibke to save all of them. And during the beast fight, its generally good to raise spiritsm so as to save all the children.
It played out as if I failed even when trying my best. When my MC woke up, and asked Ilya how was the condition of the villagers, she just said we did our best.
That’s probably a “not high enough stat” thing. What was your Alchemy stat at that point?
Yeah.
That’s your problem, then. I don’t know how much you need (I’d wager 80%), but that’s definitely not enough.

It was around 63 I think. I specialized in spiritism so my alchemy was a bit low.
Its not enough, it has to be around 80 for you to get that achievement.

Does anybody have the list on how to get all the spell codex?
Like I played heavy spiritualism and I think I missed a few like Rancor and Possession.
You can’t get every spell in a single Playthrough.
So i try the demo first on cog website before buy, just wanted to ask is this normal for this locked or DLC?

That’s normal - as you play through the game, you’ll go through the other scenes.
