Hey folks! I’ve noticed that some people are having a hard time collecting all the endings and achievements, so I thought I would help you out with an official guide.

Due to obvious reasons, this thread contains spoilers. I recommend trying it on your own at first, or playing at least one run “as it comes,” so as not to spoil the fun.

General Notes

  • Stats
    There are only two visible values in stats: Mind and Energy. In order to achieve a specific ending, it’s essential to keep track of these two values. We will return to this later.
    There are, however, three hidden sub-stats that form the “Mind” one. For more info (with spoilers!), see “Hidden Stats Guide.”

  • Endings
    There are essentially three endings: (1) MC embarks on a path to improve their life; (2) nothing changes in MC’s life; or (3) MC dies.

  • Sub-Endings
    There are a total of nine sub-endings: three good, two neutral, and four bad endings.

  • Achievements
    The achievements are divided as follows: three corresponding to the endings, three corresponding to MC’s issues, and one easter egg.

Hidden Stats Guide

As we’ve said earlier, the “Mind” value is affected by three variables: Depression, Anxiety, and Loneliness. The formula that makes up the value is as follows:

Different actions make them increase or decrease. The diagnosis of MC’s suffering depends mostly from the “Depression” value:

  • “Depression” higher or equal to 60 → MC will suffer of depression.
  • “Depression” lower than 60 AND “Anxiety” higher or equal to “Loneliness” → MC will suffer of anxiety.
  • “Depression” lower than 60 AND “Anxiety” lower than “Loneliness” → MC will suffer of loneliness.

I propose below a series of steps to get the desired result.
(Unspecified choices are such as they do not affect the value at hand.)

Depression Path
  • Friday:
    > It’s cold outside and I don’t have to get up. I want to go back to sleep.
    > It makes me feel even more lonely than I already do.
    >Sigh…
    >…
    >Birthdays are important and should always be celebrated!
    >Are you extending your vacation again? …how much longer?
    >I hope your date goes well.

Anxiety Path
  • Friday:

  • Now you should have obtained “The Deepest of Fears” achievement.


Loneliness Path
  • Friday:
    >While I’m at it, I’ll check email and notifications.
    > It’s cold outside and I don’t have to get up. I want to go back to sleep.
    >It makes me feel even more lonely than I already do.
    >I’m pathetic.

    >Birthdays are important and should always be celebrated!

Achievements Guide

Achievement: Descending in the Acheron

Reach the Acheron ending.

To get this achievement, MC has to die. Check guide to endings 1-4 (Lost Love, Lost Fling, Lost Friend, and Nobody endings).


Achievement: Betting with Kairos

Reach the Kairos ending.

To get this achievement, MC must continue their life without changing anything. Check the guide to endings 5-6 (Whatever and Once Again endings).


Achievement: In The Embrace Of Dionysus

Reach the Dionysus ending.

To get this achievement, MC has to start therapy. Check guide to endings 7-9 (New Love, New Person, and New Life endings).


Achievement: The Darkest Of Nights

To get this achievement, MC has to suffer of depression.
For a walkthrough, check the “Depression Path” in the “Hidden Stats Guide” section.


Achievement: The Deepest Of Fears

To get this achievement, MC has to suffer of anxiety.

Achievement: The Emptiest Of Places

To get this achievement, MC has to suffer of loneliness.

Achievement: Child of Anteros

There is no lovelier heart than the one in love with you.

To get this achievement, MC has to develop feelings for their coworker.


Achievement: Child of Eros

We can’t decide who to be in love with.

To get this achievement, MC has to keep their feelings for (BFF).


Achievement: Child of Hypnos

“Good morning sleepyhead!” | You find comfort only in sleep.

Easter egg: to get it, sleep at any occasion you get!
